Breathtaking Monteverde Skywalk: Cloud Forest Canopy Tour

Beautiful park with amazing views from bridges! One of our personal highlights was watching hummingbirds and a coatie at the restaurant El Jardin which also has really great food and very friendly staff.

Took a self guided tour on the hanging bridges then ate at Jardin restaurant . The restaurant service (Carlos) and the food was amazing. There were 5 of us and nobody had an issue with the food or service. Outstanding experience

Had a great time walking the hanging bridges and enjoying the incredible cloud forest. Toured the butterfly garden which was amazing. Afterwards had a cappuccino and chocolate cake served by wonderful Maga, who was also the baker of the cake. It was delicious and MAGA was delightful!

The hanging bridges are good you don’t need a guide to walk them it takes 1 hour This park gets very busy it’s over priced for what it is

The view is beautiful but for my taste it was not worth the money, maybe if you do the walk with a guide it is beter. I didn’t see any animals and for me the walk was really easy. I would like a little more adventure. In the end i’m happy to spend my money to support the protection of forrest.

What a great time! I highly recommend the zip line and Tarzan swing! Fun for all ages. The crew is amazing, friendly and patient. If you do one thing in Monteverde this should be it!

The hanging bridges are cool but for us they were way overpriced, especially considering the things we have done for way less. On top of that, our guide was not very interested in talking about the wildlife or history, and we also felt like he just rushed us through the whole tour. If we went back, we would definitely go without a tour guide so we could take our time.

The guide is very knowledgeable and explained everything we asked or see. We saw an owl, a sloth, birds, and many more interesting animals.

We had already been to Curi-Cancha and the Cloud Rainforest, and we enjoyed this hike the most of the 3 locations. It's on the Caribbean side of the continental divide, so it was "in the clouds" and rain jackets were necessary. Our tour guide, Jainner, was awesome and spoke English well. If we were to visit again, I would try to get him again. If you keep your eyes open, you'll see wildlife, but not tons of birds or any sloths, so don't expect to see all the colorful tropical birds that are on advertising brochures. The bridges are cool because they take you through the different layers of the rainforst, so you can see the forest from different angles. A guide will show you a number of things that you would probably not find on your own.
