Exclusive Railay: Private Half-Day Advanced Rock Climb

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I would rate them 10 stars if it was available. We had guides who clearly knew what they were doing and they were very encouraging. Everything was explained clearly, which was necessary as we only had bouldering experience. We had great fun and a fantastic experience. This is a must do in the Krabi area!

We had a great experience with Real Rocks Private full day tour. Our guide, Lek, met us at our level and made sure we felt comfortable and safe while challenging ourselves on some awesome climbs. The views were stunning and he was great at keeping us in the shade away from the heat of the sun all day. Doing the full day allowed us to repel, adventure through the cave and check out multiple different climb spots. Lek even had time to give us some refreshers on lead climbing which was great to practice on our breaks!

Excellent experience. Did some great climbing and of course felt completely safe. Opted for a private course, not to do as many climbs as could, but to have an enjoyable time with my family pitched on the beach. Best climbing side was pranang beach. Some excellent routes all in the shade. Superb view when topping out. Only critique would be another group was using our rope to pull through so they didn’t have to lead it. Effectively meant waiting longer to climb, but as said, aim was to climb some nice routes and take it easy, but that might annoy some. Cheers again!

Real rock climbing is a wonderful, highly organized, professional, safe and friendly climbing company. The guides are very experienced and adjust the program according to customer. The routes are spectacular, excellent bolts and safe anchors. Ask guide Jatuporn to tie the figure of eight for you, and you will be amazed 🤩🧗🧗‍♀️

My adult children had so much fun climbing all day that we signed up for another day before we left. We met three different guides and they were all knowledgeable and concerned about safety. The guides picked different routes and places on Railay beach and the kids enjoyed the variety. Climbing limestone was a fun experience and the views were amazing. The stay was quick to respond by email whenever I had questions and they followed up after the experience. Really a great time.

I climb indoor occasionally (intermediate) and wanted to finally give a try on rocks. Real Rocks Climbing School offers pick-up service and all the gears, so even I'd booked a course quite spontaneously, it's not a problem at all (paypal). I did a fullday tour for beginner firstly and it was fun, and then I wanted to climb more so I booked a halfday private course couple days later. My instructor: New. Highly recommend! He read my level and needs and choosed the right routes for me to have fun, to improve myself and to learn something new. New is also a funny and caring guy. We did the family half day package which include climbing, trekking, caving and abseiling. It was superb. The whole family 2adults and 3 children had great fun. Our guides Rain and Chy was very knowledgable and professional. They were very patient with the kids and give lots of encouragement. Highly recommend this company and the activities. Do remember to bring lots of water and a towel for your Sweat as our T shirt were totally drenched in Sweat literally after the activities.

I booked a half day private guided climbing trip for two experienced climbers one day before. We were picked up at our hotel, received decent gear at the Real Rock office and were introduced to our guide. The longtailboat brought us to Railay beach where our guide selected routes that satisfied our climbing capabilities. His knowledge and guidence were great. I recommend this company to climbers who did not bring their own gear and do not know this great climbing spot yet!

We had a half day climb and all of the group made it up the rockface. There were three guides; two were super nice and helpful and one wasnt as friendly. I am not overly fit but not unfit and i managed. We had time after to swim in the beach and through the cave there and look at the caves with phallic objects everywhere. When we got back we got some fruit and water before getting dropped at the hotel. Shoes were provided. I always felt safe and cared for.

I had the pleasure of climbing 3 half days at 3 different locations in Railay. Kung had a good understanding of my skill level and I appreciated that he had a high focus on safety, all ways helm and partner check. Kung also had a superb knowledge of the routes in the area, which was a great help on the more difficult routes. He’s also good with kids.
