• We are pleased to inform you that enhancement works are currently underway at the Sky Terrace (TH05), specifically near the Merdeka 118 viewpoint. This area will be partially closed until further notice as we prepare for the launch of an exciting new attraction.
• During this period, there may be visual obstructions and limited access in the affected section. However, the rest of the Sky Terrace remains fully open, and visitors can still enjoy panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s breathtaking skyline.
• This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to elevate the visitor experience and introduce fresh, memorable highlights at Kuala Lumpur Tower.
• For group visits of more than 100 pax on the same day, shall inform LSHSM at least 2 working days in advance. LSHSM reserves its right to refuse entry to such Customers if such prior written notice has not been provided to LSHSM.
• * Refund & Rescheduling Policy – KL Tower:
• * Once your ticket is scanned, visit the KL Tower ticket counter to get a reschedule slip.
• * Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of your original visit.
• * No cash refunds will be given in case of rain.
• Sky Terrace will close early on Monday, 17 November 2025 from 9:00 PM to host a private event, during which it will not be accessible to the public. The venue will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
• Important Notice: The Kuala Lumpur Tower Run International Challenge 2025 will take place on Sunday, 30 November 2025, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tower Terrace. During this time, traffic, parking, and drop-off/pick-up areas around the tower may be busier than usual, and some access routes will be reserved for event participants and crew. To ensure a smooth visit, we kindly recommend planning your arrival after 1:00 PM.
