I took the train excursion in Regensburg, which lasts about 40 minutes. I really liked that it wasn’t too long and went around the city center. The information provided through the headset was very informative, and they offer many languages to choose from, which is great. The only downsides are that the ride is a bit short (I wished it were longer) and there is no air conditioning. Still, I enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to friends.

Very inexpensive ride through the old city and other areas. Gave an overview of the city. Easy to locate the starting point at the cathedral.

during our recent trip to regensburg, we used the little train. It was about 40 minutes trip and it covered most of the old town areas which tourists would have covered r seen anyway during their trip. It was average and cost was little on the high side

Just fine in colder weather and if walking is an issue. While the historical overviews were helpful, the bus had moved past the site before the explanations were finished. It is pretty inexpensive, but didn’t satisfy our curiosity about this beautiful medieval city.

Our original time slot was cancelled but we were given the opportunity to take the next time slot. The top of the cars are a solid cover with openings on each side,just enough to catch a glimpse of some of the things being spoken about. Not as many sites or explanations as we would have liked but a decent way to spend 45 minutes.

The tour was good-ear buds handed out and you could select your language on the control panel. Even though not necessary, they combined English-speakers in one car; German speakers in another, etc to allow for easier visiting among other tourists. Kind of a nice thing!
