Full-Day Private Trip to Cesis, Sigulda and Turaida from Riga

Was amazing and our driver/guide Intars was awesome. Even the weather was not great we found the route, information and freedom to wander at our pace perfect for what we were looking for.

Amazing trip from start to finish. Our guide/driver Andis touched base with us the day before, confirming pick up. He turned up bang on time and ensured we were comfortable before setting off on an amazing day. Throughout the day Andis took account of my sister's mobility issues, parking as close as possible for drop offs and coming back to collect us. Clear instructions throughout, but no pressure. For lunch Andis suggested a fantastic restaurant which coul not be faulted. A knowledgeable and helpful guide, would happily use his services again in future.

The driver was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I learnt a lot from this trip. We came back earlier and he kindly showed me some areas in the old town. Highly recommend

Martin was incredibly knowledgeable and could not have done anything more to make our trip memorable and special. Nothing was too much trouble and he was incredibly friendly and kind. The trips to the castles were so interesting and in particular the Cesis Castle was the best castle we had ever seen. I would highly recommend this tour.

Family trip, first time in Riga. The tour was very well organized. We were picked up right on time and started our way to Cēsis. There was a bottle of water for each of us in the van. The van and the tour guide (Mr Ivars) was very nice and explained everything in english. We did the first half of the tour, then had lunch in Sigulda and continue to the 2 final castles (Sigulda and Turaida). Mr Ivars was very patient, we had a person with reduced mobility and took a bit longer to walk the castles but he waited for us with a great attitude, despite being behind schedule. Our trip included 2 kids (10 and 11) and they also enjoyed history and the sight from the castle and their towers. Definitely recommended when visiting Riga for the first time.

Fantastic driver - had a lovely day trip despite being able to visit Cesis castle as it is closed on Mondays. Our driver was exceptionally helpful in organising alternative options for our day instead .
