Unforgettable Sintra & Cascais: Palaces & Coastal Magic

What an excellent trip to Sintra and Cascais! From the early morning entry to Pena Palace to the visit introductions, historical facts and helpfulness, Lukas attended to each of our needs whilst managing our time and pleasure well.

This was a great tour. Lots of information but it was told in an interesting, entertaining way. Duarte took good care of us and he actually seems to enjoy being a guide and spending time with people from other countries. I liked that we were early to Pena Palace and didn’t have to deal with crowds. Some other tours don’t include Quinta da Regaleira and I really enjoyed that spot. Lunch was delicious and the afternoon checking out the beautiful coast was relaxing.

Great day with Duarte from Happy Tours. Fun, informative & interesting. Getting to the Palace & being first inside made it so that we could appreciate it without crowds. Lunch was super yummy at a family owned restaurant (pick the almond cake for dessert!). Finishing the afternoon with a lovely drive down the beautiful coastline with picture stops.

We just spent an amazing day with Freddy and our small group on a Happy Tour in Portugal to Sintra and Caiscas!! Freddy had it so well organized from pick up to drop off! And then an amazing surprise delivered this evening. Everyone would love this -l’ll let it stay a surprise. Talk about personal service! The advantages of being on the Happy Tour included entering venues like the palace first to skip long lines and crowds, get personal guided tours with incredible insights, perfect photos, fun woven in throughout, safe driving, and great restaurant selection. Freddy made it a highlight of our trip!

I highly recommend this tour - Sintra is a must do! Nico, our guide and driver, went above and beyond by getting us promptly to and from the prime sites to visit without having to wait in long lines, giving us the perfect amount of history & background to these amazing castles and locations. The most delicious lunch spot was chosen for us and so many special details throughout the day. A day you won’t regret!

Amazing trip to Sintra and coastal towns. The itinerary was perfect, with enough time at each palace to walk around and take pictures. Our guide Nico was excellent, who also took pictures for everyone. The lunch was delicious.

If you want to do the best tour in Lisbon with the best guide (King Lukas with a k), do this one. See Sintra and other top spots, show off those pipes during car karaoke, skip the lines, and witness 10 hours fly by like 10 minutes. This was my second time doing this tour in 2 years because I love it so much. Highly recommend!

Duarte was amazing. The day started early and it was worth it! This tour was everything is claimed to be and so much more. Duarte made it even better - so nice, so smart, so knowledgeable about Lisbon and Sintra with all sorts of extra facts and stories. Loved our day with him!!
