We begin at a cozy, hidden deli with mouth-watering empanadas and pizza, one of the best pizza you'll ever have! Our journey continues in an iconic “bodegón” where we will try all of the favorites among locals like milanesa, tortilla and fainá. And, of course... wine! And last but not least, we are going to a fantastic parrilla, to enjoy some of that famous Argentine steak - we promise it’ll be as good as you’ve heard. And to end the night on a sweet note, we’ll have the quintessential Argentine desserts (no spoilers!). During the tour, you’ll have the chance to take in Palermo’s bold and colorful street art, trademark low-rise architecture, eclectic boutiques, and lively atmosphere. Our guides know these streets like the back of their hands and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

The best food tour we have done! The food and wine was sensational and the restaurants we went to were top notch. Kate from Sherpa made the tour so amazing with her friendly nature and extensive knowledge about the food and Argentina in general. Thanks Kate

Lo was amazing! So knowledgeable about the city, history, and porteño culture. She took us on a beautiful walk and introduced us to a variety of amazing dishes! The empanadas were incredible and dessert. She gave great recommendations for the rest of the trip too

Lu was a great host! She gave a lot of perspective on Palermo Soho and the food. She did a great job of accounting for our allergies as well.

Kate was fantastic! So knowledgeable and informative about Buenos Aires’ history, culture and of course food. It was wonderful and felt like we were having dinner with a friend. We finished the tour full, happy and armed with great tips for more food! Highly recommended!

What a great food experience we had with Maya! She introduced us to a varied and delicious assortment of foods at four different places, including a Michelin-rated farm-to-table restaurant. Maya was very attentive to any dietary preferences or concerns. She also toggled smoothly between English and Spanish for our bilingual group, doing a beautiful job of making each group member feel included and engaged. We loved our time in Buenos Aires, and even with so many other wonderful experiences there, this tour was a true high point.
