It was absolutely amazing and fascinating. Our guide was an archaeologist with profound knowledge, and we hung on her every word. We learnt so much — I can only recommend it!

OMG we had a tour with an archeologist who has been working at the site for 14 years. Anna is so knowledgeable and personable that this interesting site came alive to 79 AD ( and their demise) and to earlier inhabitants of this site. What a place! What a tour! Many thanks!

Our tour guide was Anna Sorrento and she is amazing. Thoroughly recommend the tour and Anna. She is an archeologist who knows her facts about Pompeii and the region. Calm, polite and friendly. Keen to spread her love and passion of the local history.

You get to walk on the same streets as the Romans and get a feeling for how they lived prior to Vasuvius’ eruption.

Our guide was very knowledgeable but the audio devices were absolute garbage, we had a hard time hearing her over all of the static. Also, pay attention to the meeting point as there are multiple entrances to Pompeii. Overall the experience was good and it was an added benefit to have a knowledgeable guide.

Excellent tour guide, who made our visit to Pompeii much more meaningful! Teresa answered any questions the group had and was brilliant at bringing Pompeii to life with stories and comparisons to the modern day. The tour was well organised.
