An excellent and unforgettable first time visit to Tokyo for us! We managed to experience the typical things travellers to Japan do: Catch Mt Fuji in all its glory, ride the ropeway up, ride a cruise along Lake Ashinoko, and catch the Shinkansen back. The atmosphere was breathtaking, all while not being too crowded (perhaps because we went on a weekday). Sky was an excellent guide 👍🏻 explaining many of the things we saw along the bus rides, while allowing us time to rest.

This was my second JTB trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone. I enjoyed it very much. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. I learned more about Mt. Fuji and Hakone during this tour. Our tour guide did a great job! I was hoping he would be our tour guide again for the Nikko tour, but he wasn’t scheduled for that tour. He was the best tour guide! The tour was very interesting. I would recommend upgrading the tour to include reserved seats on the Shinkansen as some people had to stand most of the way back to Shinjuku.

This tour was very well organized and enjoyable. It was a day full of interesting activities that took place at a good pace. Our tour guide Fumi-san was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable with excellent english.

We booked this tour for Mount Fuji and Hakone. We also took a mini cruise on Lake Ashi and took the ropeway to Hakone Temple, where we could admire not only the temple, but also the bay and Mount Fuji hidden in the clouds. The view from up there is breathtaking, so we recommend it. Our guide, Kaoro, was very kind, and everything was perfectly organized and explained in detail. The guide spoke easy-to-understand English.

Nice way to see some views of Mt. Fuji without having to stress about navigating there ourselves. Our guide was knowledgeable and we learned some interesting history from her. We enjoyed the drummers at lunch and the boat ride. Some parts felt rushed and we wish we had more time at the stops.

Great experience with my family. We enjoyed every destination during the trip. Yuko, our tour guide, is amazing! She had so much knowledge and facts about Mt. Fuji. She also entertained us by singing!
