The bus is the best way to see all the top attractions. Get off when you want and hop back on when you are ready. Enjoyed the river cruise.

Stops were good - not too far from attraction. The bus drivers could have been more friendly and helpful. Conveniently located - office staff was helpful and informative

We were really looking forward to the Big Bus tour. However, there were only 2 seats left upstairs which was not a problem until we realised that one of the controls was broken and would not accept the headphone connection so missed out on the commentary. The tour itself would have been fine for us if we’d just stayed on for the whole tour. However we decided to get off at Notre Dame and when we got back to the stop there was a long queue. When the next bus came people just pushed forward from different directions and boarded the bus, some at the front and some at the back. It would have been helpful to have staff there on a busy Saturday afternoon to facilitate boarding and alighting the bus. When we eventually got on the second bus to arrive following similar chaos, we were packed in like sardines. We couldn’t see any of the sights and were unable to plug in headphones for commentary. Too many people had access for the number of spaces- more buses needed. Could have been great if better planning and organisation was in place. Maybe we were just unlucky!

The pickup location wasn’t clear to me and thankfully the driver let me in from the rain when I waved him down. There was no attendant to provide the map, ear phones or instructions. The bus interior was wet with a build up of debris and litter from the day. It was late afternoon and unclear what would be the last stop. The recording provided good information and with better weather it would have been five stars.

Hop on hop off bus is not as regular as other operators. 48 hour Ticket wasn’t cheap . Overall easy way to explore Paris . Drivers were all friendly and polite.

Great way to see all of the London highlights. Get the full day or two day option so you can circle back and experience the locations you'd like to further explore.

We had the misfortune of booking on a rainy day. Most of the seats on the top deck were wet, and even though we’re off season, the tour was packed. You can only listen to the audio portion if you’re seated in one of the chairs, so we were stuck in wet, open air seats. It was very cold. The tour information was good and we liked the itinerary, but walking around Paris wet was miserable.

Helpful rep at Eiffel tower told us where to catch the river cruise don't know if we'd have found it easily, no signs nearby other than knowing you'd have to go in the direction of the Seine. Our reservations for the Louvre was before the buses started running at 945 (so we used alternate transportation to get there). When we finished with the Louvre, never was able to find stop #2 (Louvre - we exited towards the Muse d'Orsay and used that stop #4 instead).

We liked this service a lot. It was very helpful to get to many famous Paris sites on the bus and we had our family with us. The buses were clean and timely and the audio was informative.. I highly recommend this service.
