You need to be able to handle the walking on uneven terrain. The guide was excellent and we would have preferred more of the walking tour and done without the gondola ride. Our gondolier was less than enthusiastic.

Nadia our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a great guide. Explained the different in a clear informative manner . She was able to insure all of the group were involved either the tour . The gondola ride was a dream come true . The staff and driver were careful as we came on the gondola, an experience not to be missed.

The walking tour was just the right length and the guide was knowledgeable. We covered a large part of the central area of Venice. The gondola ride was also very nice. We were fine with traveling with other people as the price was so reasonable. I thought the management of the queueing and hand off to the gondola could have been better communicated so families and groups could stay together. Evereyone was very nice and helpful.

The walking tour was very enjoyable. Our guide Stefan was knowledgeable and shared interesting history of Venice. The gondola tour was wonderful but the wait was a little long.

The headsets provided did not work very well. I think we missed half of the presentation especially in crowded areas. Please upgrade your headsets.

We could have stayed with her forever. She knew what she was talking about. I was not as happy with the Gondal, he could have talked and told us more about the area, but they just went around the corner.

Our afternoon in Venice was made truly special thanks to our guide, Fredika, a warm and knowledgeable Venetian who led us through parts of the city that felt worlds away from the crowded thoroughfares. With her deep knowledge of history and love for her home, she guided us along narrow back streets and quiet canals where time seemed to slow down. She wove stories of Venice’s past with everyday details of how the city still breathes and functions, pointing out architectural gems, tucked-away courtyards, and small bridges that we likely would have missed on our own. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to appreciate the rhythm of Venetian life without the usual bustle. As the late afternoon light softened over the water, we reached the perfect finale to the tour, a gondola ride on the Grand Canal. Drifting past elegant palazzos and under graceful bridges, we could feel the grandeur of Venice unfold from the heart of its waterways. It was the ideal end to a day of quiet discovery, made unforgettable by Fredika’s insights and the serene beauty of Venice.
