We very much enjoyed Bruges, such a picturesque city, with a long, very interesting history. Our local guide, Blanca, was very knowledgeable, comprehensive, and very easy to understand. She made the tour a lot of fun.

This trip was just long enough to explore Bruges but return in time for dinner in Brussels. This tour combines a guided part and plenty of hours on your own to explore Bruges. A perfect combination!

Really knowledgeable and caring guide. Blanca gave us lots of good information. We also had a few hours of free time to explore.

The experience was nice and the guide was great, but DEAR GOD they need to upgrade their sound equipment for the walk. Mine stopped working (headphones literally broke) halfway thru the tour and I gave up listening. Other tour operators had visibly better equipment.

Had a wonderful time exploring this beautiful city. We arrived about an hour late due to backups on the highway. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but I feel the walking tour could be shortened to 60 minutes from 90 as we were keen to strike out on our own. We had time to walk around, get a nice lunch, shop, and take a boat tour. Very lovely area, a must see! Overall I was very satisfied with our experience.

Definitely right decision to plan full day in Bruges rather than split time with another city like Ghent. Took so many pictures. Be sure to arrive at AM pick up early to make sure you get into correct group with time to spare. Many tours leaving at same time from same meeting point. Appreciated that used headphones so could hear guide clearly no matter if stood close or far away. Not sure if that is done on all tours but was helpful on my tour which was a larger group. Highest recommendation for Bruges. Absolute do not miss beautiful city.

The tour began a little disorganized, with the meeting and checking points being excessively crowded. Our tour guide, while knowledgeable, delved too deeply into history, which made the pace slow and at times boring. Bruges itself is a very charming medieval city, where you can take fantastic pictures almost everywhere. I found learning about The Beguinage and its role in helping women in the 13th century particularly interesting. While I appreciate the tour, a slightly faster pace would have been better, allowing for more free time to enjoy the city on our own.

Just catch a train. Will be cheaper, and gives you more time to enjoy the place. Tour guide is with you for around 45 minutes, then you are on your own

We enjoyed our trip to Brugges but there was much more walking than we anticipated! It was not clear when we booked it that we would have to walk so far! There were several people in our group who felt there was too much walking and this trip was not as advertised. Our guide, Blanca C, was excellent, knowledgeable and very caring
