We started the tour at 1 and the agent there was very helpful. She told us the boat ride was cancelled because of the wind and the castle was closed for the season. Viator should have known this and charged less. It was lass expensive to buy the ticket in person. We intended to get off at stops 2, 5 and 7 where we had tickets. The announcement on the bus did not give numbers of the stops. It only gave the street name in Spanish so when we tried to get off the driver just kept going. We missed stop 2 and 5 and finally he let us off at stop 7 a bit past the actual stop. When we tried to return to the stop there were no signs marking where to wait. We ended up taking a cab back to stop 5. Once there we watched the entire area and were able to return to the bus where we stayed on until then end. We were very disappointed in this tour. The bus driver was not helpful or friendly.

Took over half hour waiting at stops. Not enough buses and lots of confusion. Did not make tour time because of bus issues

We thought this would be the best way to see Palma. Not very well organised. Buses over crowded. You buy a ticket but then the buses are full so you cannot get on. You stand around waiting for most of the day. When you get on the bus, you are too scared to get off for fear of not being able to get back on. They should have staff at every stop to monitor the amount of people. Once on it was quite informative.

The hop on/off bus is a great way to see Mallorca. The bus was comfortable . The driver was pleasant . And it was on time , we never had to wait too long.

We have to change seats because in some seats the earphone connectors did not work. This is not the first time it happens, this is a problem with all hop on hop off.

We have used HoHo tour buses in many cities and usually find them to be a great way to learn about a city and travel to points of interest with ease. We decided to start our tour at the cathedral but had to stand in a long queue for an hour before we got on a bus! This felt like a waste of valuable time. The audio was not the most enthralling that we have heard, yet usually love listening to facts in other cities. The tour included free access to the castle which we enjoyed and the views there were amazing. When we got back on the next bus there weren’t enough seats so my husband couldn’t access the audio. We didn’t feel the need to get off anywhere else. Some stops were missed out without explanation. We had more success exploring beautiful Palms on foot!

A great way to see the city and some of the Iconic places. The stop at the port was convenient, but chaotic and with no control entering the bus. They should put a line for people buying tickets, people with tickets already and allow boarding with more ease and order. The bus stops are not easily marked and or visible in all stops. My headset plug-in was faulty and no control on sound and kept unplugging. The experience overall was good.

On a cruise. We opted to take the hop on hop off tour provided by the cruise ship. We'll worth the $34. We toured the city then decided to get off near the food market. By doing the tour you get to see everything in about an hour. They also provide a free shuttle back to the ship since it's a long way from town.

Is a nice place to visit with family, don't miss the main attraction that is the big church, and try some food..

We’ve done lots of these city tour sightseeing buses around Europe and further afield and this was the worst. There was a lack of information when booking tickets and it was very difficult to find where stops were without downloading the app (which is city sightseeing Espagne and not the main app). Once we found our stop, the guide at the queue was incredibly rude (he actually swatted his hand at my husband to dismiss him when he asked a question) and failed to provide any information about why we couldn’t get on a particular bus when we could see available seats. When we were finally on the bus it was dirty, many audio guides didn’t work and the information felt lacking in lots of places. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed what we did learn on the tour, but sadly we wouldn’t recommend this in Palma for the price we paid.
