Visited yesterday for the 1.30pm Gold Tour as it was forecast extreme heat and wanted somewhere to visit with air conditioning. We are so glad we did as the time spent on the Gold tour was well spent. The tour guides were engaging and so very knowledgeable. A really entertaining afternoon particularly when watching the "gold pour" to make a gold bullion. Worth a visit

We rated this 5stars! The guide was so informative and was a pleasure to listen to! Thanks to him we learnt a little bit of Australian history and culture. It’s such good value for money in a city and the gold pour was very well done! Excellent experience.

Fascinating tour. Brilliant guide (David). The worlds biggest gold coin was mind blowing. Got to handle a real gold bar too!

It's not your usual platitudinous tour with the hosts saying aren't we wonderful. It's also informative and challenging

Got the free bus to the Perth Mint had a good look around at all the gold and jewllery exhibits. And decided to the Gold Tour. It was $22 per person and waited with anticipation to see what that would get us. We were not dissapointed as the person doing the tour was very knowledgeable se showed us some of the biggest nuggets found in Australia and was able to wiegh ourselves on a mackine that told us how much we were woth ingold we were also able to put the souvenir coin we were given in a stamp machine and have it stamped. Then it was of to the furnace room where we were shown how gold bars were made. We found it well worth the price of the tour.

Enjoyable and entertaining tour which is definitely worthwhile. Clear information from start to finish with a terrific display at the end. The shop is also worth a look which includes a number of interesting items. 10/10

The tour was carried out well with a demonstration of melting the gold and them letting it cool. Had a chance to see the large valuable coin worth $200m

We had a very interesting, humorous tour by David today. You have time to look around the exhibits, see the world’s largest gold coin, handle a real gold bar and have a demonstration of David pouring liquid gold from the furnace into the mould. Very good!
