The bus stop is located just outside the port’s pedestrian exit at Largo della Pace. To reach the bus to Rome, you’ll first need to take the free port shuttle from your cruise ship dock to Largo della Pace, where our staff will be waiting to welcome you. The journey to Rome takes approximately 60–70 minutes, and you can choose to get off at either of the following stops: - Vatican area (Via Crescenzio 19) - Termini Station (Piazza Indipendenza) For the return trip, please be at your selected pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure to check in and redeem your ticket: - Vatican (Via Crescenzio 2): 3:30 PM - Termini (Piazza Indipendenza): 3:45 PM Please note: The return trip from Rome city center to Civitavecchia is not included in the outbound journey and requires a separate ticket, which can be added during checkout.

Comfortable bus ride to two stops. The Vatican and the Coliseum. Then we took a taxi to our hotel. Cheeper than a taxi from the port to the center of Rome.

There was a covered area we could wait out of the rain. Once the bus arrived it was loaded quickly and was a comfortable ride into Rome. Traffic got busy as we approached the city so the overall trip from Civitavecchia cruise terminal to the Roma Termini station was around 2 hours. Exceptionally good value.

The instructions and information were spot on. The staff at the pick up point were very helpful. Our driver was great.

Traffic was busy but we got there. Not a good idea if you are in a rush but it did the trick. Staff was helpful.

Overall excellent. There was a kiosk that provided us with a ticket produced from my Viator receipt. The kind lady gave us all the info as to when and where the bus was picking us up. When the bus arrived, another kind lady checked our ticket. I told her what hotel we were staying at. She explained the bus made 3 stops and looked up our hotel location and then advised us which stop to get off and that the hotel was only a short 2 block walk from there, no need for a cab. The bus driver was courteous and was a good driver. The bus itself was quite comfortable and had wifi. My only suggestion is it would have been nice to see a Viator sign at the kiosk. There was nothing to indicate we should go there. A tour guide on site directed us to it, thankfully.

On time, easy enough to find. Gets the job done. The driver was helpful with bags. Great value for the money!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was very smooth transition from cruise port shuttle to catch SIT coach. First bus 9:00am off cruise at 7:30 shuttle to port five min once shuttle left . Was a bit of wait but well worth the wait . Excellent driver. Very courteous.

Easy transfer. Found bus at ferry port terminal and a comfortable easy trip to Rome. Definitely recommended
