Great experience and really worth it! Office opens at 9am. Get there early around 8:30am, so you can get ahead of other passengers. It is first come first served basis. if you are in argentine side, hire a taxi driver . Taxi drivers skip argentine border regular car lane it will save hours.

Very well organised. Bit overcast so made it not busy and straight on to helicopter. Easy to get there via uber or taxi and a local bus. Fantastic overview of all the falls. Worth it.

Although the helicopter ride lasts only 10 minutes, it is a spectacular experience with magnificent views. My advice is to have one of the backseats facing forward and then share your camera with the person in the other back seat facing forward depending on the angle of the helicopter. The people in the seat in the middle and facing backwards saw almost nothing.

First of all, buy this tickets in person. It’s much cheaper. Secondly, if you get a bad seat, you see almost nothing. Lastly, it’s extremely short. It’s much better to just go to the park and see it

We booked the trip on the spot, on 29 August. The flight is described as lasting 9 minutes. Note: this is the total time, including take-off and landing. We knew that. However, in practice, it is 4 minutes to take off and fly to the waterfall, and then we just turn back above the waterfall. We are over the waterfall for 1 minute and 15 seconds (according to the time stamp on the photos), which means for about 35 seconds the left and right sides of the helicopter see the waterfall. The pilot knows how to fly, but he is not experienced enough to make the flight stable, calm and elegant. Rather, he jerks and makes nervous turns. This is very bad for the propeller, but also for the passengers and for taking photos. In total, we managed to take about a dozen photos above the waterfall - only from one high altitude, at a forced angle. For comparison, we took a few other helicopter flights (also over waterfalls, e.g. Victoria Falls in South Africa). The price was similar, but we spent about 15 minutes over the waterfall itself, the pilot smoothly changed altitude, made a few circles, and flew in a civilised and smooth manner. In short, the flight took place, theoretically as described. However, it was almost nothing - basically take-off, landing and a momentary view of the waterfall from a great height. Absolutely not worth the money.

The helicopter flight over Iguacu Falls is a 'must'! The check-in process is very straight-forward, with agents able to help in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Sit in front next to the pilot if you can, but everyone had a great view.
