Our rainforest night tour is operated in the amazing Rainmaker Park. Rainmaker is one of the most important and impressive rainforest ecosystems in Costa Rica, this is where they've discovered the great reappearance of the famous and almost extinct harlequin frog thus becoming an important field of research and scientific studies for herpetologists worldwide. This night walk takes about 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours and is leaded by a professional and expert certified guide. During the expedition you may see bats, Jesus Christ lizard, spiders, owls, high varieties of frogs, snakes and many interesting insects.

Radolpho was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Luckily the rain stopped while we were here which allowed us to enjoy finding several different species.

This was great! It was fun to see the native jungle life! Rodolfo was really great and patient with our kids! We did expect to see a little more than we did (just because of the pictures on TripAdvisor reviews) but it was still definitely worth the time and glad we did it!

Rodolfo was a fantastic guide 👌He knew about the wildlife and was able to show us a variety of animals. From scorpions to frogs to lizards and snakes!

Our guide Edgar took us on an awesome night tour of the jungle at Rainmaker. We saw all kinds of frogs, lizards, and fungi that we had never experienced before. We also got to cross the river on suspended footbridges and even visit a waterfall. The food afterward was very good, and much appreciated after the hike. I would definitely recommend this tour and Edgar as a guide!

Had a really cool experience with Edgar. He was a fantastic guide and got to see all sorts of wild life like frogs, turtles, snakes, and insects. Even got to go across a hanging bridge by a waterfall which was super cool. Food was fantastic after as well.

We had a great night walk in the jungle with Elliot. He knows a lot about the plants and animals we encountered and his enthusiasm and passion for nature were really inspiring. We recommend to go on this tour.

It was the most amazing tour we did in Costa Rica so far. Lots of different frogs, snakes, spiders and so much more. We had a great guide (Edgar) and it was fun doing the tour with him. A big recommondation.

Elias his absolutely fantastic/amazing/extraordinary/encyclopedia/do it!! #NoRegrets It was really neat to see all the wildlife at night. Some of them like the scorpions or purple or iridescent. We saw tarantulas that look blue. We saw the ferdelance viper! #Amazing We saw every different type of frog you can fathom. There’s even one that’s iridescent see-through.
