Unforgettable Universal Studios Hollywood: Movie Magic Awaits!

Had a great time here but the price of parking is horendous. Especially since the parking lot is so far away from the entrance yet the want your arm and your leg to cover the costs 🤦‍♀️ Definitely recommend trying to find cheaper parking before attending. I wished someone told me because I found a way cheaper parking lot and shorter walk to entrance on our 2nd day

We haven't been since 2018 and a lot has changed since the last time......for the better. First the amazing things and then the bad/need to improve things: Pros: The staff/workers are amazing....I mean, better than Disneyland cast members amazing. We have a special needs daughter and they accomodated her and her being in a wheelchair at every spot we went to. Our daughter loves character meet and greets. At other parks, you have to wait in line for a few minutes before they will let her meet the characters. At the other parks, the best they can do is tell you to come back at a certain time, not here!. We rolled up to several character meet n' greets and they let us go to the front. We begged them that we didn't need that, we would just wait in line. We were told several times "do not worry about it, this is who we are". No other patrons had a problem with it and were perfectly fine. Our daughter has a hard time walking (hence the wheelchair) and going on the escalator was better, our daughter is paranoid of them and to get to Nintendo world you have to go down 4 escalators. We then found that they have a shuttle that will take you down to the bottom and bring you back up. That was nice. The Disability pass is better than Disneyland and no questions asked. I would reccomend getting a doctors note stating the condition that you or your family member suffer from. Cons: There wasn't really any Cons other than the STUDIO TOUR. I wish they would announce or put up a sign (at least I didn't see a sign), that has a warning of a couple of stops on the tour. Mainly the "King Kong Skull Island 3D" tunnel. Yes, it was amazing, but our daughter has a form of epilepsy and flashing lights and jerky moves are hard on her. Once we exited that attraction the next one was an EARTHQUAKE simulation. This one sent her over the edge and I thought we were going to have problems. As soon as we exited, we informed the narrator that we need to get off ASAP. (THIS IS ANOTHER PRO) So, they stopped the tram and called for a vehicle to come pick us up and would let us get off until the vehicle showed up.....about 2 minutes later. We got off and they took us to where her wheelchair was and our daughter was a lot better, but she did talk about it for a few hours after. Maybe we should have asked questions prior so that is on us, but it would have been nice for the narrator saying something like "there will be motion and loud noise as well as flashing lights........" etc. Toadstool Cafe: We paid more for the experience than the food which was good, but not the greatest. They also add a 20% gratuity automatically. The 3 of us ate and we got burgers and spaghetti and drinks and it was $103 and then they added another $20 on top of that. I wish there were water filling stations (you could at drinking fountains and at the food areas where they have drink machines, but they weren't clearly marked. But all in all, we had an amazing time and we would reccomend it to anyone.

I expected there to be real rides, but almost all the attractions are 4D experiences. The image quality is VERY poor — definitely not up to 2025 standards. It’s more suitable for children. The decorations are beautiful, and the studio tour is quite enjoyable. However, the food is overpriced. As for the Harry Potter beer — I honestly think it should either be banned or made drinkable!

I wish there was more actual rides and roller coasters and not just 3D rides. It was mainly for kids. Not worth $100+ I liked Jurassic World and the Universal Studios tours the best. Would I go back… probably not unless there were more rides / roller coasters

Visit here regularly and always have an amazing time in the park. We headed straight down to bottom lot for Super Mario, Jurassic Park and Transformers. Then we headed to the studio tour tram ride. Unfortunately some of the sights were restricted from view due to Halloween Horror nights. Also we cannot believe the Fast and furious tunnel is no longer part of tour. We still had a great time

Some really good rides, especially Harry Potter and Jurassic Park, plus The Mummy. Expensive for sure but well worth it. Worth thinking how to use express tickets strategically. And definitely enjoy the shopping area next door - we loved Bubba Gump!

I had a great time at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Studio Tour and 3D rides like Harry Potter were amazing. The park was crowded and food pricey, but overall it was a fun and memorable day.

Dont bother to go in September or October unless specifically going to Halloween Nights,, whole vibe off - set tour ruined bu decorations for halloween parties,, Only open 10am to 6pm and citywalk only till 9pm . As a working studio I expected the tour not to be so indoctrinated for Halloween. Just bad customer service all round

A awful lot has changed since I was here in 1986.Im glad I booked online as that saved 50 dollars.A bit of a walk from jurassic parking....35 dollars, but a shorter distance to entrance costs either 50 or 75 dollars.The tram tour bit is OK.I suppose waiting for the rides was pretty quick.The shops all flog the same stuff.We had 2x krusty burgers with unlimited refills but the burgers were the size of a big mac with a few chunky chips.£54 with exchange rates.I feel like I've bent over and been shafted a#@##y. More shops outside,but on a same theme.And what's with all the PSG shirts in the sports shop?....The mighty Chelsea stuffed that French bunch of tarts big time.

We started early, on a Thursday. We chose front gate parking to reduce time getting in to the park. We started in Harry Potter, went through the Simpsons, then went on the Studio Tour. Lines were very short and the crowds were light.
