Jamaica Airport VIP: Fast-Track & Lounge Oasis

Exceptional staff and lodge was a comfortable room where family could sit together and relax before boarding our flights. Food options were quite limited.

Shanice was a great host. She was waiting on me at the pick up spot with a friendly and calm personality. Transition was hassle free just like I wanted. The lounge is beautiful and offers a nice space to relax and wait for your ride, 10/10 I’ll recommend and look forward to using this service again.

Wonderful lounge where you can wait comfortably before catching a flight. They served yummy food and cocktails. Excellent customer service with a smile.

Visited the Longe on evening of 1st September. Received a very warm welcome and was shown around the Lounge floor before ordering a drink which was served at my seat. I used the shower room just to change. It was spotlessly clean. My suggestions to improve would be: 1. Pull-out footrests for those of us with tired aching feet. 2. Some kind of semi-covering for the buffet area. Not really hygienic as guests cough and splatter over the food. Think of COVID times. 3. Bring back the snacks - banana/plantain chips, biscuits etc. There is a biscuit jar, but again not hygienic as fingers dip in. Notable plus points.... The ambiance was inviting and relaxing. The blended fruit punch and the rum punch were very good!! The staff working on the evening of my visit were very friendly, polite and courteous. The escort to the boarding gate and priority boarding was very much welcomed with minimal wait to board. All in all a pleasant experience that I certainly would use again.

I have ALWAYs used the Club Mobay lounge and found the experience to be perfect! Kingston left much to be desired. No care, staff talking to each other more than focusing on guest experience, waited over 30mins for a drink even though the lounge was almost empty. I was introduced to my host upon arrival, never saw her again. Food quality was good and great selection. The ambiance was great, and music volume was tolerable. Maybe an exchange program with the team in Mobay with those in Kingston would help. The team in Mobay gets service, the staff at the lounge when I was there needs to refocus their efforts and priorities. I wouldn't use the lounge in Kingston for future travel, the value for money was missing from the experience.

The customer was excellent, I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely make it a usual on my trips.

My first airport lounge experience was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend it. My friend was pushing me in a wheelchair, and the entire visit was incredibly relaxing. ​The lounge had a great variety of refreshments, and it was the perfect place to unwind before our flight. The best part was when it was time to board; a staff member came to escort us directly to the plane, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was a wonderful way to start our trip.

My experience at the Club Kingston lounge was satisfactory, though it didn’t live up to the high expectations I usually have due to my experience at Club Montego Bay. One of the things I really appreciate about Club Montego Bay is the warm welcome I receive from the moment I step into the departure area, where staff members greet me with a smile and escort me directly to the lounge. It's a nice touch that enhances the overall experience. In contrast, the situation in Kingston feels a bit more chaotic; you have to navigate through the terminal, following the signs, which can be a little confusing at times. Despite this slight inconvenience, I found the food offerings to be quite delightful, with a variety of tasty options that satisfied my cravings. Moreover, the staff was impressive, consistently attentive and dedicated to ensuring that every guest felt valued and well taken care of.

My husband and I had a superb experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and well-designed — a perfect escape from the usual airport hustle. The lounge offered a quiet, relaxed space to unwind before our flight. In addition, the food and beverage options were fresh and well-presented, and the bar service was prompt and friendly. Overall, the Norman Manley Airport Lounge (Club Kingston) exceeded our expectations. It was a great way to start (or end) our time in Jamaica on a high note. We've already recommended it to fellow travellers and will definitely return on our next visit.
