The trip was exceptional from start to finish. Great communication, easy to find the bus and our driver Mel was politely informative, clearly wanted everyone to enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Day tour to Niagara with Grayline. Lisa was a great driver and Alex a funny and interesting guide. It’s a long day mostly the return as traffic due to road works doubles the time back compared to going to the falls. Bus comfortable. We did the behind the falls tour rather than the lunch and cruise. Gave us the chance to wander and see the town which is a miniature Las Vegas. Falls are spectacular and well worth the trip.

Chose this tour because it said we would have 3 hours of free time to explore Niagara Falls. By the time we arrived at the actual falls we only had 2 hours. We were dropped off at the far end from the Canadian falls (the nicer ones) which are just over 1km walk. We didn’t have enough time to do Journey Behind the Falls which is one of the things we wanted to do in the 3 hour time slot. Also if you don’t choose to go up the Skylon Tower you’re stuck waiting at the parking lot for 45 mins while the other people go up. Didn’t realize we were probably a 10 min walk from the falls and could have spent that time exploring the falls instead of waiting at the parking lot. The rest of the tour was good. Enjoyed the maple tasting stop and the other stops were very fast. Tour guide has a lot of information and fun facts so if you prefer a quieter ride with less talking this might not be what you’re looking for.

What an extraordinary day! The tour was impeccably organized, and my guide, Micko, was a true standout. His knowledge and clear instructions made everything seamless, and his humour, along with great discounts, including an unforgettable helicopter tour that he suggested (I took his advice :P), truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend booking through Viator; it was smooth and hassle-free. Micko kept us engaged and informed throughout, allowing us to relax and savour every moment. This adventure was absolutely unforgettable!

Mel was a wonderful driver and guide providing lots of interesting and funny facts about Toronto, Ontario, and Niagara. He was a hoot! Thank you for providing such an enjoyable experience. The falls were spectacular...and viewing them from the tower, as well as taking the boat are a must. If you elect to do the boat ride, you're going to get quite wet, especially if riding on the upper deck. The disposable ponchos provide moderate water protection, so legs and feet will definitely get wet (even soaked).

While the boat tour and seeing the falls is great, the drops along the way are too much. Especially Hen you stop for 1h and if you decided not to do the activity you're just wasting time. Our driver was fun and nice. But I felt I could have enjoyed more if there wasn't that many stops, nor were (heavily) encourage to take part in optional (and paid) extra activities (such as the tower). Next time, I'd rather drive there myself or take public transportation so I can have more quality time at the falls. But if you're looking for seeing as much as you canin a day then this tour could be a good option for you.

A great tour with an exceptional leader named Mel. He has a vast knowledge of all things Niagara and Canadian. Made the trip so fun with stories, songs and jokes. Not to mention the delicious complimentary Canadian cookies and water. The photo oops along the way were beautiful and well planned. Highly recommend going up in the Skylon tower as well as taking the boat ride!!
