I was nervous booking this trip for our extended family of 5(including my 80 year old somewhat active mother & 23 year old niece who is not very outdoorsy). In addition it was raining a LOT. Dave reassured me throughout that we could go at our own pace and he was right. The scenery was simply gorgeous!! Kayaking in the lagoon/mangroves was amazing/so unique! The afternoon kayak trip was challenging so it was good the 2 of them sat it out, but was a good feeling to have kayaked in the difficult wind/waves! Our guide was so cheerful and fun to be around- thank you for organizing such a great day.

Run is a fantastic guide!! He did a good job of adapting the tour to our ability level and is very knowledgeable about the islands and the creatures we saw. He is very experienced, and it shows. All people we interacted with were very punctual, prepared, and polite. All logistics, including hotel transfer, were figured out for us, which helped us focus on having a good time. Prepared lunch was very good. This tour (2-day trip) was everything we hoped for, but probably not suited for absolute beginners. We were very satisfied with the balance between safety and sense of adventure.

I booked two day sea kayaking trip - booking and payment process were easy and the trip itself was great! I've never did kayaking before, Mr. Run considered that and let me paddle in my tempo. Views and nature there are fascinating, photos cannot describe it to its fullest, you should go and see yourself :)

We did a two day kayak trip with Paddle Asia, day one exploring the lesser visited limestone karsts and small coves and beaches just north of Koh Yao Noi including a surprise visit into an hidden lagoon where all we could hear was the oysters popping closed, and we could see monkey foot marks in the sand. The second day visited remote mangrove lined gorges in the north of the bay well off the beaten path with stunning scenery, we saw nobody apart from distant fishing boats and the sense of peace was wonderful. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative, but also allowed us the freedom to paddle at our own speed and gave us space to enjoy such a special place. He also had a genuine love of his home area and was concerned about threats such as plastic pollution, it was great to see a company happy to pick up rubbish from the beaches we visited and who provided the lovely lunches in reusable containers no throw away plastic which is such a huge problem in Asia. Koh Yao Noi is a lovely island with genuinely friendly people, I would highly recommend a stay if you re visiting the area.

What an amazing experience. Can't even believe how lucky we got. Normally when I plan a trip my 1st focus is on Kayaking. When I found Paddle Asia website I knew this was for us. We were pretty much out there in the Bay with nobody but the Jelly Fish. Our guides were amazing, kind and friendly. The beach location for our lunch were perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Spectacular...Thank you.

Beautiful Yao Yai, such a relief after the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Lovely and quiet, beautiful beaches, best on the south west. Lots of small restaurants or vendors. You definitely need a motorbike to get around, but the roads are quiet, so it’s fine. We did the trip on the long tail boat out to some more islands, it was fine but we were takes to some quite crowded spots and much prefer the quiet location of Yao Yai. There are a few big 5* hotels which by all accounts are great but really large. We stayed in a fab boutique hotel called Yao Bada Badoo, which I thoroughly recommend.

We just did a one-day sea kayak with Paddle Asia at Phang Nga Bay (Ko Yao Noi). We chose Paddle Asia after reading the reviews - they are all accurate. Dave is responsive and the team is truly professional, on time and highly respectful. We love that the kayaking took us to quiet islands, into caves and lagoons. We felt totally safe with the support long tail boat that followed us. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We made a 1 day kayak tour with Mr Run and that was the best day of our stay in Thailand. With this tour you get to see the stunning views of wild, untouched nature of Phang nga bay away from the tourist crowds. After reaching one of big islands you change to a private longtail that bring you to the smaller island from where you start with a kayak. Kayak allows you to come very close to these magnificent and wild islands, explore the narrow lagoons, see wild animals and birds. The bay and islands look stunning, wild, there is so quiet and relqxing there that you don’t want to leave ever. Thank so very much to the whole Paddle asia team for the unforgettable memories of that day. Highly recommend. Next time we come back to participate in a 3day trip.

My one day Phang Nga bay paddle tour was great! Mr Run Is a fantastic guide. He took the time to point out all the wildlife and teach us more about the local environment. It was great to explore the hidden mangrove lagoons and places that other people don’t know about. I really appreciated that the tour explored a lesser travelled part of the Marine Park. It was nice to paddle and hardly see any other boats. This trip is highly recommended!
