We just completed the tour on Sunday 19th. It was a great experience with the tour guide Stefan being knowledgeable, professional and a great orator. The mix of participants also helped a good vibe. Without Stefan I believe it would have been a lesser experience. His background and attention to detail were great. We would recommend as a great way to see the north. The sceneries and the group alongside our guide Robyn who ensured we had the best experiences of our lives in the beautiful highlands! We were not expecting anything from the accommodation but we got a surprise when we found the hotel to be sufficient in overcoming all our needs and it was in a beautiful town.

We had an amazing 3-day tour with Iain. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable of Scotland’s history and areas we visited. Highly recommend the tour!

We really enjoyed the small size of our group and all the amazing places Moray took us. There is so much to see and do and he did a great job at getting us to as many as possible. It was nice that our accommodations were arranged beforehand making it simple. This was a fun tour!

This tour was a great way to get a feel for the country in just a few days. Our guide was Iain M. He did a great job explaining and giving the background and history of the all the stops and where to find unique things. He got off the bus and took us to places and showed rather than just telling like some tour guides we’ve had. Some of our favorite stops were Glenncoe hike, isle of skye village shops, Mackenzie bakery, putting your face in the water at river sligachan, and how to get good photos of the hills and bridges. Definitely recommend!

Alex was a great tour guide and great driver to get us back safely with all those crooked roads in the middle of a storm. Unfortunately, we did not get to do the Isle of Syke portion as a major storm dropped trees all over the roads and blocked access to the island. The rest of the tour was as good as it could be considering the weather we had to deal with. I especially loved the little BnB we stayed in at Inverness for 2 nights. I definitely recommend you request it specifically. Its the Corunna BnB.

We went on the three day tour with the tour guide/driver Ben. It was a fantastic, memorable trip with a lot of laughter. Ben was kind, courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. His driving skills shone through and when he had to alter the itinerary on Skye due to heavy rain, we didn't feel like we missed out. The accommodation (Aye Stay) recommended by the company was extremely comfortable and pleasant! What really shone through was Ben's incredible commentary and historical knowledge. He covered Scotland's clans, industry- old and new, battles, geology, foods, traditions and much more. There were plenty of comfort stops for the loo and photo opportunities. The playlist was fantastically apt, playing piped laments for the Glencoe Massacre and Culloden, folk, pop and traditional. As we arrived back in Edinburgh he played Proclaimers "500 miles" which everyone joined in with! The only down side was the faulty audio system on the coach, requiring him to keep altering systems. We loved the tour and highly recommend it, with stunning scenery and great company. We'll book again in the Spring!
