This was my second time going out to Kealakekua Bay with Hang Loose and it was awesome. They gave easy directions to the harbor and we left on time and even arrived to the bay earlier than expected. We had an amazing time and everyone on board was helpful, informative, and kind. I would definitely go out with them again!

Great experience. Have been on a dozen snorkel boats in the Hawaiian islands and saw the best fish on this one. Saw a shark and watched the Manta Rays come up to the boat. Captain and first mate awesome. Learned a lot about the island

The crew, Bryce and Kiyama, met all our needs on our adventure. They made sure we had the right equipment. They shared enough food and beverages to take care of us. They shared videos, stories, and history. We could not have asked for a better crew.

Snorkeling at Captain Cooke’s memorial was awesome. Aiden was funny and the crew were amazing. I would definitely do this again.

I really enjoyed this trip. This is the second time I've been to "Captain Cook" for snorkeling, and Hang Loose delivered a very positive experience. It's pretty "no-frills", but that's fine with me. The boat is shaded and comfortable. The snorkel equipment is very good. There's a bathroom onboard. The crew is quite knowledgeable, and they're not trying to upsell you anything, which is often the case with these types of excursions.

This was a great snorkel trip. We liked that there was a boat trip included that went along the shore of the Big Island before reaching the Captain Cook Monument. WE saw many different types of fish and even swam with dolphins. The water was crystal clear & very warm for December.

Snorkeling was epic! Captain was fun and funny. He shared the best of Hawaii’s Kona side and we even happened upon few manta rays feeding in the surface!

The crew was very friendly and helpful, nice warm shower to rinse off salt water. They had pool noodles for those who needed them.

This Captain Cook snorkel tour was amazing! The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience so much fun. We were lucky enough to see dolphins on our way out of the marina and again once we arrived at Captain Cook. Our Captain and his crew made the experience relaxing and safe with enough fun and excitement for everyone. It wasn’t over crowded and the Catamaran was well maintained and had a fresh water warm shower once you were finished with your snorkeling experience which was one of the best spots on the island. The snorkel gear and fins and floating devices were very comfortable and easy to use. The crew took the extra effort to make sure everyone was comfortable and gear fit well. They had plenty of water, soda, fruit, and fresh sandwiches that tasted great. The weather was perfect and I would definitely recommend this adventure, especially because its crew members were so awesome!
