Turkey's Wonders: 10-Day Epic Journey & Cultural Immersion

We did the full 13 day package- had lovely experiences with our guides, The Cat Lady-Istanbul, Begamet (maybe not spelt that way) - is Kedusia, and my most favorite Marco for Capadosia and Mt Nemrut. My recommendations- be certain to book the balloon ride, shop at the Grand Bazaar in Kedusia- such great knock offs. Spend a day or two extra in Istanbul to get over your jet lag and see the sites not covered in two days. If not VERY fit - skip Mt Nemrut- six hour drive to a rather mah city under construction. The site itself- amazingly- but the climb is not for the faint of heart 7000 feet elevation! Recommend kabobs- they were amazing , bring cat food- I love cats! Skip the sales pitch’s offered during the tour- very over priced- but those lamb skin jackets were tempting. Loved everything about Turkey except the excessive smoking. It is a great place to visit, felt very safe, the guides really adapted the tours to our interested and level of ability. Marco even asked the own or a restaurant for some flower seeds I was interested in. The tour was the absolute best way to see so much, and learn so much. t for some flower seeds for me!

An incredibly enriching tour with breathtaking views, rich history, and tasty local cuisine. Tour guides exceeded our expectations - they were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly, attentive, and went to great lengths to provide us the best experience. We traveled in clean, comfortable vans; drivers were skilled and professional. Flights, pick ups and other logistics were well coordinated and seamless. Highly recommend.

This was a Fun and Excellent trip for me and my family! Great Food , Jaw- Dropping views ! And Amazing Service from @SmartTurkeyTours , Aka Mr Selcuk and our driver who has been driving us safely throughout this whole entire trip! Mr Selcuk is very knowledgeable on Turkey and it’s history that it holds. We learnt so much of Turkey’s culture and the cities! Mr Selcuk is especially kind and understand’s our needs. Smart Turkey tours put together the perfect trip for us. Our travel arrangements, hotels, tour guides and experiences were exactly what we wanted. Everything came together very smoothly, and Yeliz was very attentive to make sure everything went well. Customised trip. Metin who organised the itinerary for me has great response time be it mail or text. Our guide Safak was very helpful from the time he picked up, until the very last day. He is very knowledgeable and helped us out with our dietary requirements, through out. Our driver Mr Ersan is great at his job and a very safe driver. This team made our overall experience great.
