Unforgettable Glow Worms: Exclusive Rainforest Night Tour

Tania was a great Tour guide! She was passionate and knowledgeable and so observant. We start the day with a 45 min drive to the Manor for a drink and dessert, followed by a 1.5 hour walk in the rainforest with the glow worms and other lovely animals. The pace of the tour was good, and the weather was pleasant. It would be suitable for all ages though the uneven terrain might be challenging for elderly or young children. The walk is quiet and peaceful. We loved it. We got lucky and managed to see some eels as well! Many animals blend in so well at night, so Tania was amazing at pointing them out to us. We did see quite a few spiders and snails, so if you're someone who's deathly afraid of spiders this might be hard for you. Honestly didn't think that it would look as good as it did in the promotion photos but it did! The glow worms were out at full force. We rounded off the day with some stargazing, and of course it was beautiful as well. The tour was about 3.5 hours long in total, with a good spread of activities. Ultimately I think good weather is the key for this, because it's so dry and cloudy, it was amazing and make the whole experience better. But regardless I would say the tour is well planned and one of the best ones I've been on.

This was a fascinating experience that took my teenagers and I outside of our comfort zones but opened our eyes to the magic of glow worms. Tania was an amazing guide, ensuring our comfort and safety throughout.

We visited from Sydney and were keen to see the Gold Coast rainforest and glow worms at night. Orion was a knowledgeable, friendly, engaging tour guide who did his best to make the tour enjoyable. We were picked up from our hotel and first stop was a hot drink and delicious cake at Mt Tambourine, followed by a rainforest night walk with torches. The kids (6 and 10) loved it. Highly recommend for families.

Really good trip and well worth the money. Tania was very knowledgable and made the whole experience very interesting A shame some of the group seemed incapable of putting their mobile phone away and being present in the moment but this was not the tour operators fault I would recommend this trip

Great experience, tour guides were amazing with letting as know about glowworm and what places to go in gold coast. Been in nature after the walk finally seeing glowworm make the walk all worth the wait.

A big thank you to Steve and Dean who organised my last minute tours. The team, drivers and guides were amazing. I enjoyed all, the glow worms, natural arch, Hinze dam, Lamington national park, O'Reilly's rainforest treetop walk, all were interesting places, included was morning tea with yummy muffins and a drink or dessert on the glow worms tour. Lunch at O'Reilly's winery was amazing. If you want a tour to see some of what this part of the gold coast has, book a tour through this team.

The excursion was okay. I went on another excursion with another tour company, and they kept me fully informed about the conditions of the tour. I sent an email requesting the expected conditions during the tour to Southern Cross, and they didn't reply. The conditions were muddy and challenging along the path. The torches/flashlights, provided, didn't give us much light. The guide was knowledgeable about the glow worms and other small bugs along the tour. I did feel rushed through the tour.

Duff was a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable of the local Fana and wildlife. He shared his experience and his knowledge, and we had a lot of laughs as well as being educated in the natural world regarding Australia.
