Transformative Egypt: 9-Day Private Nile & Pyramid Journey

Overall, it was a pretty good trip for our family. We visited last week of Nov to first week of December. Everything was taken care of very well. The guides/drivers showed up on time as anticipated and are quite knowledgeable. We also got upgraded to a Luxury ship on our Nile cruise at no charge which is very nice. The hotel at Cairo is also reasonably good. I would advise Viator to also offer 5 star class of hotels for a higher payment as an option for an enhanced experience. As part of the package , our hotel was a 4 star hotel per Egyptian standards. For fellow travelers, I would suggest choosing a 5 star hotel in Cairo and a Luxury ship for Nile cruise for a great experience.

We just finished the tours for day 1 in Cairo/Giza and had a great day seeing the pyramids with our tour guide Mina! He is very knowledgeable and has made sure our day was enjoyable!

The visit to the pyramids were truly memorable with our guide Mina ensuring we were able to see everything. He also explained everything to us in great detail to ensure we truly appreciated the historic marvels we saw. Our driver Waleed also ensured we got to all places in time in the Cairo traffic.

We feel very fortunate to have booked the 9-day tour package operated by Nice Tour in November 2025. The entire experience was excellent, and we enjoyed every moment. The itinerary was well designed, and both the operations team and the customer support team at Nice Tour were responsive, supportive, and consistently helpful. They kept us informed in real time and even offered flexibility throughout the trip. The tour truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it. All the drivers and tour guides arranged by Nice Tour were top-notch—friendly, patient, and professional. We feel sorry that we weren’t able to record all of their names due to our poor memory. Day 1 – Alexandria Tour: Driver Abdelrahman and tour guide Engy, who provided an excellent and very knowledgeable tour of Alexandria. 2. Day 6 – Abu Simbel Temple Tour: The tour guide gave us a very clear, detailed, and informative experience. 3. Day 9 – Luxor Tour: Driver Mark, who was extremely helpful and punctual. His service allowed us to travel with complete confidence and peace of mind. 4. Day 9 – Cairo: Nice Tour representative Youssef and the Cairo driver, who kindly met us at the Cairo airport after midnight and brought us to the hotel safely and smoothly, again giving us great confidence and no worries. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and wonderful service provided by Nice Tour throughout our trip.

Amir was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly, we spent a fun and informative day with him in Giza we highly recommend him!

The guide( Kyrillos) was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating information about Egypt’s history. Everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly according to schedule, without any delays.

The best time I had was with our guide Hishek and our driver Rimon. Out of all the guides and drivers these two were by far the best ones. They were both extremely respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I was finally able to get my 9 year old son to get involved with the Egyptian history because of Hishek he was super great and en energetic he seemed passionate about what he was doing which made us all happy, while Rimon our driver was extremely compassionate and helpful unlike other drivers who either didn’t speak to us or charged us extra for taking things off our tour that weren’t mandated and charging extra to get breakfast. Rimon spoke to us made us feel great treated us for some coffee, tea, water and gave us bracelets. I rate these two a 10 star, 5 stars was not enough. Thank you both for making this trip even for one day a great one only wish I had you both for the rest of the 6 days we were lucky enough to have a guide or a driver lie either of you.
