It was an amazing experience. I wish they have an application so it’s easier to check where the bus is at. the workers were super friendly

Easy to catch bus once you have a map ,stops are quite a few, takes about 5 hours to complete the tours, we stopped at GALLERIA Pacifico

The experience on the bus was fine. It was finding accurate information on where to meet the bus that was very frustrating. E.g. the map said meet at El Ateneo bookstore but the actual stop was two blocks away. We ended walk miles we didn't need to.

Only had one day in the city and I love me a good bus to show me all the sights. City driving is always busy, driver was great. Was a smooth ride. Only reason I’m not giving 5* is because I’m not a fan of the headphone tour. I sat in 3 seats before I found a terminal that worked. And honestly I miss the real people talking on a microphone. Half the tour was music as we made circles. But, it was great, got me to see more of the city than I could on food and I enjoyed it

I would not recommend the red bus. If you want to do the hop on hop off, do the yellow bus. The stops are mismarked on the red bus. Some steps are not marked at all except by the yellow bus. We waited for a half an hour and then were told there was no room on the bus. The audio for English went out several times and when it did work, it had the wrong step numbers.. All in all there are better alternative.

This is your typical city hop on hop off tour. The bus start at 9:30 and run until 4:30. You get on at any of 25 stops and off wherever you like. Buenos Aires is big/ the entire loop takes 3 hours- so budget your time at your stops. The buses run regularly- one is along every 20-25 minutes making it an easy way to traverse the city.

This bus tour was extremely thorough and provdided interesting information throughout the tour. It takes several hours if you want to do the whole thing. I will say having a more detailed map of all the stops online as a PDF would have been helpful ahead of time, but you can ask for a map when you board the bus. Dress warm in can be windy on the top of the bus. Also, we had a great little tour in La Boca. A must do experience to get the lay of the city before you start exploring.

It was ok, but... We bought our tickets at the Gray Line branded stall at stop 22. Buying experience ok. The online and paper maps provided included a loop along the coast, stops 18, 19, 20. But this was cut out, and no explanation or apology offered. Official advice to start at stop 0/1 seems misguided, as there were far too many people there for our bus. At least one audio outlet didn't work, although there must be 60 odd, so not a big deal unless several others also fail. Although it doesn't feel generally hurried, the driver did tend to set off while older/injured/delicate folk were still trying to negotiate the stairs. We were aboard on a Saturday, about 12-3. TA seems to list it with a "luxury" label, this isn't accurate, it's just a basic bus, and naturally the outdoor seats are uncushioned. TA issue, not the co, AFAIK.

It is a good way to see the city in a day and take lots of photos. A bit tiring thus as the city is very big.

Better than most HOHO. But, the stop numbers on the map don’t agree with the numbers on the signs or audio. Route is very long; it could be split in two. Audio was pretty good. Great way to get a feel for the city. Glad we did it
