SF Ultimate: Muir Woods Redwoods & Wine Country Journey

A great experience. Along with beautiful scenery and outstanding wine, our tour guide Ben was a tremendous host. I would recommend this tour to all of my friends.

This was a great first-time experience! At first, the idea of an 11-hour tour felt daunting, but honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough time for everything we explored. Muir Woods was magical, and the wineries selected were wonderful stops. Our driver was friendly and professional, which made the day enjoyable. That said, a few areas could be improved. I would have loved more stories or facts shared during the drive to spark curiosity and conversation. The company only specified the restaurant in one piece of correspondence, which caused some confusion when we arrived in town since even our guide wasn’t sure where to direct us. We lost a little time trying to figure it out. Also, while the bus got us where we needed to go, it was quite worn and could benefit from a deep cleaning for added comfort. Overall, though, this was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I’d recommend it to others looking to see Muir Woods and wine country in one day.

Well organized, fun adventure with an excellent guide Dustin. He was knowledgeable and funny! The woods were spectacular and the wineries were lovely and welcoming. Excellent music soundtrack, don't hesitate if you want to do this trip. Well worth it!

Ben was a great tour guide - both informative and entertaining throughout the day. The tour was well-paced, with stops thoughtfully spaced to give us a great overview of the area. Each winery visit was timed just right, allowing the resident guide to share interesting insights about the vineyard/winery while guiding us through tastings and a brief tour. The visit to Muir Woods was especially memorable, with ample time to soak in the peaceful, awe-inspiring beauty of the forest. I highly recommend this tour.

It was nice. We went to Muir Woods. Then we visited three vineyards from Sonoma to Napa Valley. In the middle of the trip we stopped at Sonoma for lunch. We stopped by the Golden gate bridge.

Our driver/guide was full of knowledge and very funny! Lots of belly laughs! I certainly left there full of fascinating facts!

We enjoyed a wonderful tour on Sunday with Ben. We started with a relaxing serene walk through the beautiful Muir Woods. A small grove of redwoods just outside the city. It's a great place to get your zen on!! I wish it had been a smaller group but Ben did a very good job while staying on schedule, entertaining, and keeping track with 29 guest. It nice when everyone stays on his schedule. Ben was informative and fun! Each winery was interesting and very different...from family operated to large commercial. Our favorite was the Jacuzzi Vineyard. It was absolutely beautiful!! We enjoyed the delicious lunch option in Sonoma. The meals were all delicious and the service was excellent. It was a long day but we would do it again!!

We had such a great time on this trip. Alberto was our driver and I’m convinced we got the best one! He was simply amazing. He was funny and kept us entertained throughout the drive. He provided much knowledge along the way about the history of SF, Sonoma and Napa. The wineries were fun and all different! Our favorite was Mayo.

We had a wonderful time. The pick up at the hotel was on time and convenient. The stop at Muir Woods was absolutely amazing and peaceful first thing in the morning. The 3 wineries and lunch were fantastic with Mom. Memories that we will cherish. Thank you to our awesome tour guide.
