The whole family really enjoyed this tour. A lot was covered but the time management was highly efficient. Our tour guide Ignacio and drive Jose were fantastic. I’ll definitely recommend my friends to take this tour when they visit Santiago.

Our group was too big, around 40 people. Looking at the itinerary, I see some sights were skipped or missed. However, we did stop by a lot of "shopping booths" and an overpriced restaurant. It was difficult to hear the guide. We spent only 1 hour in Valparaiso. I would recommend visiting on your own if it weren't for safety concerns in the city.

An excellent trip from start to finish. A prompt pickup directly from our hotel by luxury coach started the day. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable across a day packed with different locations and experiences. Valparaiso was charming and the guide ensured that we strolled through very decorative side streets and experienced the vintage funicular railway. The only negative aspect was that the tour restaurant was expensive so we chose to eat in a beach side bar instead as we only wanted a lunchtime snack. Plenty of toilet stops were included. Overall, the trip represented super value for money and would thoroughly recommend.

I specifically chose this trip as it was a 8:00 am start. Once I’d paid for the trip I was sent a message that they would be picking us up at 6:40 am. The correct time should be shown when you choose you pickup location. Overall the trip was ok. One of the things in the itinerary was missed.

In my opinion, it was not great because the group was too large, with almost 40 people. Even though the guide was nice and patient, it took a lot of time to travel from one place to another, and afterwards, it took forever to get to the hotel. We were on the bus for over 12 hours.

A dynamic city! Santiago is very nice although the air pollution is pretty intense. Barrio Bellavista is a great part of Santiago.

Great tour but not enough English spoken. Guide would start explanation in English then finish in Spanish. Questions were answered when asked in English

An amazing experience, totally worth it! Ignacio was a very kind and thoughtful guide, always taking care of the group to leave no one behind. I would definitely recommend
