Joel was very easy company and the food he chose was delicious and plentiful. Biking between eating stops made the eating tour more interesting and it was very easy cycling that is suitable for anyone confident on a bike. Thanks Joel.

This was a great combination of biking, touring, and eating! Ruben took us to several awesome eateries. Had time to wander around a shopping area. And still had energy to pedal back!

It was super cool learning about Osaka from a native. There were little tidbits that you would never get without that touch. The bikes were solid and well maintained and the route was easy.

We spent a lunch bike tour with Peter who was easy-going and patient while we adjusted our bikes for the ride. We visited a Korea Town to check out some Korean-influenced Japanese cuisine. We first tried a Korean grill where you cooked your meats and veggies at the table. There was no seafood for those who are pescatarian, but there were enough cut vegetables for non-meat eaters. We then went to a couple of street facing food stalls that sold savory pancakes where we could taste Korean and Japanese versions. We stopped by a Takoyaki vendor to watch him make the Tako balls, later we stopped by a micro park to snack on them. The foods were tasty and hit the spot for full lunch. We ended the tour by visiting the Osaka Castle park and enjoying the beautiful landscaping the park before returning to our starting point.

We booked this tour for our first full day in Osaka. What a great way to see part of the city and try so much food. Our guide, Mayco, was super friendly and welcoming, and showed us some great places to eat all while telling us some history and answering our questions about Osaka and Japan. The bikes were comfortable and the pace was great, as we could enjoy our surroundings but never felt like we were cycling slowly. Thanks again, Mayco!!

Our guide Peter had put together a great mix of sight seeing and local foods that absolutely did not disappoint. We were able to bike around Osaka Castle, stop by the Japanese Mint building and visit Korea town all while buring calories in persuit of the next delicious stomach stuffing stop. This tour had us sample many of the foods a local of Osaka would be likely to enjoy during day to day life in the city. Peter kept the mood calm and easy going which was very appreciated. He taught us a bit about biking in Japan and in the city of Osaka all while introducing us to foods we would never have thought to try while visiting. A cycling food tour is a great way to cover lots of ground and expel energy to combat the amount of food you'll enjoy in a 4 hour stretch. As for any food tour, come hungry!

I found the pacing and the energy of this tour to be perfect, and I appreciated the route Joel chose since we got to see some sights on the way to our food stops. He had lots of insider tips and recommendations for restaurants to try, so I would suggest doing a tour like this early in your stay so you can take advantage of his recommendations. My only critique would be that the price per person didn't totally feel represented by the food. Much of what we ate was street food which, although delicious, didn't seem to match the pricetag of the tour. Despite that, we still had a great time!

The Tour with Matt was awesome! We had a lot of delicious food, good conversations and some insider information. Absolute recommendation if you like cycling & food! We loved it :)

It was nice to see areas around Osaka castle. Tried many different foods, would have liked to have ended with a little dessert, but overall was fun! A bit pricey, but the other family we travelled with made our time great! Thank you Eric for taking us around!
