Caribbean Dream: Rosario Islands, Barú & Cholón Beach Hopping

Very fun, organized and fun a great bang for your buck. Nicher was a sweet travel guide and leader! I’d recommend this tour.

Really fun tour. We met lots of really nice people. Our guide Nicher had us drinking and lively the entire time. Definitely go if you are looking for a day full of beach hoping!

If you don’t want to read the review here are key points lol: 1: We had to deal with some extra stuff that should have been sorted out easily that cost ed us time 2: Our guide Angel, and the boat staff were top notch and couldn’t ask for better. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. 3: For what we did, it was DEFINITELY not worth $97 USD per person. 4: Do recommend going to Isla Baru, Anaho Beach Club on your own. Story Time: We went on August 9, 2025 and this was our experience: They told us to be at the meeting point (port) at 7:30AM however, we get on the boat and leave until 8:45AM. This was due to having many other companies fighting for a spot to dock their boat for their customers. There is a $29,000 COP tax you have to pay per person which is posted online, text conversations, emails, etc yet people were still surprised. Collecting the money also took a long time (my suggestion, collect it up front and have the entry passes to the port ready since it is not name specific). Once we gained entry to the port we had to wait for our boat to get docked. Angel who was our guide was clear and precise the WHOLE time we were waiting. During the time we were waiting, Angel took our food orders, got the stuff needed for the boat ride ready, and helped secure a docking spot for the boat. We were all given CLEAR and PRECISE instructions on where to go and when to be at a specific spot yet a group of 4 were left behind (remember we were supposed to be there at 7:30AM and left at 8:45AM). While going to the first spot Angel gave us a brief history lesson on one of the landmarks we were passing by and before we could continue with our trip we were told that we had to wait for the group of 4 that didn’t follow what they were told. It took about an hour (which was time wasted from our activities) bouncing around in the water under the hot sun waiting for the group to the point everyone on the boat was complaining and getting seasick. Just to be clear this was NOT the guides fault because a boat filled with about 30 people made it to the boat and the group of 4 did not yet the company got greedy and made us wait for the group of 4 (also didn’t help that the group got on the boat mad and started yelling at everyone on the boat to include the guide). Stop 1: Fuerte De San Fernando We did not get out and walk the fort even though it says admission included. Stop 2: Isla Grande Snorkeling was cool however, there are a bunch of other companies using the same area to snorkel. There were at least 15 boats and even more people snorkeling too which wasn’t ideal. The snorkeling spot we went to was about 50 feet away from Oceanario (not Isla Grande). Stop 3: Island Grande (actually) This spot was really chill. We got to lay down on some lawn furniture and got a complementary lemonade (which was really good). We didn’t spend nearly enough time most likely because of the group we had to wait for. Stop 4: Isla Baru The water was AMAZINGLY nice! We stopped here for food and even though it was kind of small portions the food was good. The food was priced at $30,000 COP (which is included) it was a bit much for what was provided however, thats pretty much anywhere you go that is touristy. We were only able to spend about an hour here and some people got into the water for about 5-10 minutes before having to go back on the boat. This is 100% a place to go to but do be weary of the vendors. Stop 5: Anaho Beach Club This was also pretty cool. We were able to get on one of the beach bed and chill out, listen to the DJ, and the hypeman after a long day on the boat. The pool was refreshing and it is a great spot to take pictures if thats your thing.

This tour was nothing short of amazing, shout out to Milton and friends. I truly enjoyed my birthday thanks to you guys. It was definitely giving birthday vibes, would definitely recommend this tour.

We had a ball! Visiting 3 islands, a beach club, a party spot while traveling on a speed boat required organization to which Melvin and Jose delivered!

Great experience all together. From The moment we checked in to the time we returned, Milton and Franklin were amazing. Taking time to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Taking the time to explain the history of the islands that’s we stopped at. Lun cu was amazing , and the party island was a great touch at the end of the trip. I would def do this again.

We've showed up as instructed by730am; the boat did not arrive until 8:45am all while we were sitting on the floor and waiting with no communication on what was happening. The islands were ok nothing exciting besides overpriced drinks and over crowded areas in one location; very rushed about an hour at each; not organized and had no idea what was happening next. Waited another hour on the boat since one family did not return as expected, recommend experiencing something different.

This excursion was a 10/10! Milton and Mark ( I think that’s their names) were great! They even helped my best friend conquer her fear of being in large bodies of water . The entire experience was great
