Breathtaking Rosario Islands: Exclusive Private Boat Tour

We enjoyed this private boat tour more than even going to some of the prestigious beach clubs that we visited on other days. The two captains were excellent at navigating what turned out to be hard waters. They had life jackets for our safety as well as water. They also knew peaceful places to stop which is what my group wanted. We did not get harassed once by vendors! It was a truly enjoyable and peaceful visit to the islands. We even stopped to see the pablo escobar underwater diving spot. I will say, I wish the agency took the “snorkel” part off the advertisement as the only way we did that was because I brought my own as they did not provide any snorkeling equipment. If you bring your own you’ll see cool stuff though. Really recommend them despite this honestly because we had a great time and got to be our own DJs!

We had such a fun day on the boat! The staff was super helpful, made us drinks, and let us play our own music on the Bluetooth speaker. I recommend bringing your own alcohol and drinks as prices out in the islands can be high. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather, but the staff took us to a few other places to ensure we had a good time!

We had such an amazing day on the private boat rental exploring the Rosario islands. Seriously the best way to do it so you can swim and snorkel at your own pace. Isabella and the crew were super friendly and attentive making sure we had a great time. They brought a cooler with ice and water and made all our drinks for us with the alcohol we bought ourselves. Would definitely recommend Botegena for your trip to Cartagena!

We did a private boat rental with Botegena to the Rosario Islands. Quick and clear communication to arrange for the boat rental a couple of days in advance through WhatsApp and easy payment through a secure payment link. Trip itself with Isabella and the crew was also fine - they proposed a nice lunch spot away from the crowds and we could also tweak the itinerary more or less how we wanted it. Boats are also very well equipped (we had the smallest one of 29ft for the four of us which caters a bathroom, stereo and water included). The only downside is that they didn’t provide enough snorkels although that was actually included in the price (they offered four masks but only had one snorkel…).

Great day on the water!! The boat was perfect with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Brayan tailored the trip to our preferences and very easy to work with, even arranged transfers! Snorkeling was great in Rosario as well and great swimming in Baru. There is an added $4/pp port fee, but still a great price for a great day with family or friends! Highly recommend Thank you!

We had a great day boating around the islands. Our crew was attentive, professional and fun. The boat was in great shape and very comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

We came down to Cartagena Colombia for my brother Bobs birthday. One of the best days we had was renting a private boat and going to the Rosario islands. We also went to Cholon and to Baru island at Playa Blanca. The captain and his assistant were awesome and they made the day. If you are thinking about renting a boat, yacht or catamaran in Cartagena then Botegena is by far the best company there is. One of the best things you can do when on vacation in Cartagena is to go have an island party day. The payment system Botegena has is very easy and we reserved directly thru their website. Again! There are so many people in Cartagena trying to sell you things including boat and island trips but when you find a good company like this one you got to stick with them. We will see Botegena again next year for a boat rental!
