You don't get to visit the castles unless you get a priority ticket. They also didn't inform me when I made the reservation that the castle wasn't open to visitors on Mondays. They wrote me about it on the last day. The tour guide Cornelia did her job well but with this program you can't see much.

The castles and plan was great, tour guide knowledgeable, but the schedule failed due to traffic - we arrived back to Bukarest at 22:45 instead of 19:00. Highly recommend purchasing the castle entrance tickets (not included in the tour price) from the guide on the bus and for Dracula’s castle online; this saves time at the destination.

Tour guide was very threatening with all instructions ( we will leave without you; you will be fined if your bag is too big; stop talking loudly). He got into a shouting match with an angry Spanish customer on board. He claimed to not be able to offer any help with ordering tickets online. When getting off the bus places, he didn’t help orient you to the area so that you could easily find your way back to the bus so as to not be late. You were not able to change seats, even if your group was split up on the bus. He had QR codes of information on his phone that should have been sent out with the bus tickets in advance as he could not pass his phone around the bus to 99 people. His information was very informative, but only available in English which I think was misleading because he is multi-lingual, but did not provide all of the information in Spanish/Italian/French, etc. The driver was not friendly at all, even with pleasantries such as hi/hello. It was a good value for the bus ride, the stops and the information, but compared to all of the other tours I have taken, the personalities get a 1 star.

Amazing tour experience! Bran, Peles and Brasov were all amazing sites to see, and we had the best time but the highlight of the trip, was the tour guide Emmanuel. It was an incredibly busy day with lots of traffic but Emmanuel was a terrific problem solver and made the day perfect. He ensured our safety was his highest priority, while also showing us some of the most beautiful sights Romania has to offer. Emmanuel was entertaining and informative, highlighting countless points if interest along the way. Please ignore the low rated reviews from people who clearly haven't read the your instructions, the day was in fact organised incredibly well with all the instructions and rules being very clear from the offset. It was such an easy but enjoyable experience, and me and my two friends highly recommend!!!

Great experience to see Peles and Bran Castle with Adrians group. Good transport but a really long day. Would have preferred not to do Brasov and focus more time in Brans Castle area - felt too rushed for lunch and bus ride is long with no AC - felt nauseous. Overall was a good day trip but be prepared for loads of crowds and pushiness which detracts from the visit at times.

Had a wonderful time, but finding out from our tour guide that the castle has nothing to do with "Dracula", Vlad the Impaler and/or the author of Dracula Bram Stoker. Anyone that struggles with mobility may find this difficult to access from the car park and there are lots of stairs inside (as you may expect). The castle itself was sparsely furnished with a couple of rooms fitted out with "Dracula" stuff, including two other rooms where you had to pay extra for.
