I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Go West Tours on their Great Ocean Road with 12 Apostles tour package. The tour was incredibly fun from start to finish with Rick as a tour guide, he is knowledgeable, engaging, and shared fascinating historical facts and local stories that made the journey educational and meaningful rather than just a sightseeing trip.

It was amazing!! The Great Ocean Road is iconic and beautiful and our tour was absolutely wonderful. Literally they could not have done a better job! Our tour guide Lisa was the nicest tour guide we’ve ever had and very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did this as part of our honeymoon trip and are so glad we did!

One of my favorite excursions in Melbourne. Lisa was an amazing tour guide and brought the participants together just like a big family. Specially the sunset at the end. It was a magical experience and is highly recommended.

This was an excellent tour. A lot of driving but well worth it. Our guide/driver Ben was great. He grew up in the area, full of knowledge and stories. Incredible scenery and the sunset was just stunning. Def a must do tour.

Overall I loved the tour. We got to visit iconic sites along the Great Ocean Road. The time management of the whole tour is great and we got to see the beautiful sunset. Our tour guide Jess is professional, attentive, and has good stories and fun facts to tell, which adds to the experience

This trip met our expectations and matched what was described. We loved the diversity of what we saw and Raquel was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and loved the history we learned along the way. Raquel went out of her way to make sure our trip was enjoyable and we even saw Koalas in more than one place. Great trip and had a lot of fun - thanks to Raquel!

Went with Terry R as a guide. Such a helpful and funny guy. Would like to tour again with him sometime in the future. Loved it

The bus is old and uncomfortable especially for a 14-hour tour. The sunset is average not worth the long drive. The office staffs are unfriendly and refused to refund my double booking mistake as they do everything by the book without exception. It costs us extra $298. More profit for the company!

The weather wasn't the best and we couldn't see the sunset due to the heavy cloud cover. However, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Special thanks must go to our wonderful guide Rhys who aside from having a great personality and sense of humour also knew how to give enough time for each spot and improvised the itinerary along the way based on the group's needs. We didn't feel rushed and had enough time to take in the beauty of each spot which was well chosen. We even had time to stop by and see a Koala on a tree.
