Everytime we travel out of country we have made Big Bus Tour part of our first couple days to get to know the local areas. And Big Bus Tour always delivers excellently. Our first day in Dubai was even more special because Big Bus Tour had Filipina agents that made us feel at home and welcome. Thank you Glenda, Jess and Abby for the warm and friendly welcome, and of course our bus driver for the day. We surely recommend Big Bus Tour to all everywhere there are in the world.

Had an Awesome experience with the BiG Bus. Sumit was very helpful and took his time to explain to us the best option to take. This gave us maximum use of our time that was limited. Then Abdula one of the drivers did not disappoint at all. Engaged us and gave us tips here and there. He was so enthusiastic and helped make the trip memorable. The customer service was just top notch.

It was great Very informative 3 routes for one price 2 day bus includes a hour boat ride which Was great and free tickets to the aquarium. Staff don't speak a lot of English

The busses were on time. We did the whole bus trip (red line) without getting off, then got off on the next go around. I think, next time we would get off at our place of interest then reboard and continue our tour. We enjoyed the Cairo market, it was very unique

Thapa is the best tour guide. He took us out to the sunset in the desert, and it was amazing, he helped us in the line so we can experience everything there is. He also showed us around the whole camp and helped us with our questions. The ride was also really comfortable and adventurous.

Recorded commentary was very informative and appeared accurate based on driving location. Loops were longer than described, allow yourself more time, unless it was just traffic conditions that day.

This is a good way to get around a hectic city - we felt being on the bus safer for our kids than using taxis. Special thanks to driver Fahad who did a great job battling traffic on our trip back from Dubai Mall to our hotel stop. But all Big Bus Tour staff very nice and accommodating.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. Recommended starting points: Stop 1 – Wafi City (in front of Pharaohs Club) or Stop 2 – Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall (Zabeel Parking entrance). The Arabian Dhow Cruise departs every hour between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Stop 4: Arabian Dhow Cruise, located on Al Seef Street opposite the Ministry of Defence building. Show your digital or printed ticket to board. If you hold a 5-day ticket, you’ll also enjoy unlimited pizza and soft drinks on board. If your ticket includes Ambassadors Lagoon, present your digital or printed ticket to a Big Bus team member at Big Bus Stop 19: Atlantis the Palm, and they’ll provide you with your entrance ticket. The Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Tickets must be collected from a Big Bus Tours staff member at Stop 13: Dubai Frame before entering the attraction.
