I bought this hunt as it was wheelchair friendly. I didn't realise until after I bought it that it only offered the hunt on 1 device for the whole group. There were 3 of us and each of us was useless at self - navigation. Sadly, the navigation in the game did not work. The developers offer a map for self navigation when this happens. I had hoped it would not happen to us but ...... After 45 minutes of fruitless back and forth, we had to abandon the game. It sounds like a brilliant idea but in reality, you need to know your way around a map. I wonder if poor translation of instructions to English could have affected our understanding of how to play. eg - I thought there was an app to download but could only find the webpage to play through.

Wonderful way to explore a city at your own pace. Really enjoyed the experience and insights it gave of this lovely city.

In our opinion, the route was a bit all over the place and didn't follow a logical order. The questions and information were okay though! But because we struggled finding the next locations, we just quit the tour at some point and walked around ourselves in the beautiful Lille. We have done Qula trails in other cities that were nicer, so maybe it was just this specific one that didn't work so well for us.

My family and I had a great experience using this app as a tour guide during our recent trip. We especially appreciated how it helped us discover a few hidden gems, including a mysterious point of interest that we might have missed otherwise. The app provided just the right amount of information, giving us enough background to understand what we were seeing without overwhelming us with details. It was also easy to follow and helped us stay on track during our exploration. We traveled with our two kids, ages 9 and 6, and they enjoyed using the app as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour guide app to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to explore a new city or region

We traveled with two adults and three children (aged 12, 8 and 8). We had visited Lille before, but with this interactive city game we found lots of lovely streets and views we had never seen before. The children really liked that they had to search for the next location, and the questions invited them to really look around when the locations were found. With two stops, one for a lunch and one for a drink, it took us about 4 hours from beginning to the last location. At the start of the game we had a small problem, and the qula-team helped really, really quickly. We had a great day and are already looking for the next city to discover together with a qula city game. Small advise: wear good shoes. We made about 17.000 steps for the whole tour.

Nice route, unexpected spots and original questions. I have done these trails in different cities and it is always a fun day activity! This way you can see the whole city!

Discovery of place that we probably would not have discovered in normal visit. We found that some puzzles were complicated.

Nice way to discover the city. Nice that the ticket is valid for 24 hours, so we were able to spread it over 2 days and there is less pressure on it.
