We had an amazing 3 days with our fantastic guide Maudi who was very informative and made our trip as comfortable as possible despite the long drives. Maudi made stops along the way to get a coffee or to take a photo. We got to see so much in such a short time. Our small bus was also very comfortable. Our highlights were definitely the elephants and the safari but all stops were definitely worth it. We chose the backpackers accommodation with private bathroom which was really nice. The accommodation in Sedgefield was fantastic. It was directly at the beach with a view of the Indian Ocean from our room. They also have great food and cocktails. We definitely recommend this trip.

Amazing experience! I went as a solo traveler and I had the best time! Our guide Neville was an absolute star! Knowledgeable, patient with all of us and very funny! All the activities were well organised and timed. I enjoyed every single one! We were all very well looked after. I would highly recommend it if you ever visit Cape Town.

During our tour we visited so many beautiful locations, did some amazing activities and had lovely stay’s. Our lovely tour guide Uriel was the icing on the cake and without him this experience wouldn’t be as awesome as it was. 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone!!

We had a terrific tour, the best experience possible! The organization, transport and accommodations were simply excellent and all activities so interesting and enjoyable 😀 But it was our tour guide Uriel who made it into a truly memorable experience, given his openness, great knowledge, care and the fun he brought into everything. We had such a great time! Everything went perfectly and Denver was absolutely amazing. He’s not only very knowledgeable, but also kind, fun, and truly passionate about what he does. He made us feel comfortable from the start and turned the whole experience into something really special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide – highly recommended!

My three day garden tour with Ulrich Damon was outstanding. He took us to see some unique sites and enjoyable experiences. It was nice that he prioritized local business ownersa and shops. He was kind to the group and an excellent leader and facilitator. He also helped us stay on time and made the best use of time by calling ahead for meal orders for example. Great experience!

The trip was amazing. Went on the 3 day trip with the guide named Denver. He was great and gave a lot of insights in to South African history and culture! A very high recommendation!

Everything was amazing and made even better with our driver Denver, he made everything so much better I hope if you do this it’s with Denver he made even my girlfriend and mother feel better about the bungee jump when they were scared he made sure everything was on time and we were having fun and always took us to places with good food and cheap beer if that’s what you like, I would do this trip again 100% and 1000% if it was Denver the guide I hope you get him as your guide, thanks again for everything Denver

My guide Denver was extremely knowledgeable and provided professional service while engaging all participants in the tour. He made sure that each participant arrived in time to do the different activities that were included on the tour. Denver maintained safety for the tour while driving from one location to another.
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Note that this tour has a packed pace with many activities and stops a day. It is advised to book a longer or private Garden Route tour if you prefer to have a more relaxed journey.
- Minimum age is 8 years. Children from 8 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult, legal guardian or parent and cannot stay in dorm rooms.
- According to availability, the itinerary can run in reverse or different route.
- Daily drive time: about 4 to 6 hours / in total 1200 km distance route. This packed, fast-paced itinerary is filled with many of the best highlights of the region and ideal for the young-at-heart traveller that wants to explore this vast region with limited time available.
- Personal comprehensive travel insurance is excluded and recommended
- The tour operator already pre-booked space at all optional activities for the group and you can simply decide on the first day of the tour if you'll partake. Optional activities can only be paid on the tour directly to the supplier. Bungy jump optional activity waiting time can vary from 1 to 2 hours and is subject to group size and how busy it is during the time visited. Optional activities are subject to weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- According to availability at time of booking, accommodation will be in the mentioned hotel or in one of a similar standard and star rating in a similar area. Sedgefield accommodation will occasionally be sold out and then your accommodation will be in nearby town of Wilderness or Knysna.
- Some meals and drinks are not included on most tours; giving the ideal opportunity to experience typical South African meals (or your own preference) at local restaurants, shops or eating spots. Do check your tour's specific included and excluded section to verify the included meals for your tour package.
