Aspira Cruise: Breathtaking 2-Day Balcony & Bathtub Escape

The transfer to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi was great - good communication, clean bus and a great guide in Alex who is very friendly and organised. My only comment would be that the journey could be made much shorter by removing the mandatory 40 minute (!) stop on the way, which felt very much like we were being coerced into buying products - it was very much a hard sell which I found quite uncomfortable and unnecessary.

The transport was great. Although it was a 3 hour bus ride, it felt super short. Alex was a great tour guide and he provided lots of witty comments and banter. I wish he was the tour guide for all our trips!

Staff was very nice and food was exceptional.. thanks to cruise manager mr. Ha.. highly recommended for newly wedded couples.

The transport facility was awesome and not forgetting our entertainer mr Alex for everything. It was pleasure enjoying with Asia adventure.

We had a wonderful time at ha long bay. From the bus ride to the port, our guide, Bruce Lee picked us up from our hotel and took excellent care of us. He and our driver, Cuoc, made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The boat itself was very comfortable and the crew was spectacular. We had an extremely relaxing time.

The bus transport to and fro Hanoi and the Ha Long Bay cruise had a very fine and humorous guide Alex. The driver was good, too.

The Halomg Bay cruises are an experience you don't get anywhere else. The scenery is beautiful. The entire organization getting from our hotel in Hanoi into the boat and back was well run, organized and friendly. The cruise itself can feel expensive both with the initial booking fee and also the additional charges along the way (which were all spelled out in advance, so you know what you're expected to pay for) such as drinks (coffee, tea, beer, alcohol) and a "high season" fee. Our tour transport person Alex took great care of us on the transfer to and from Hanoi.

Absolutely great transport experience with Hung at the wheel of the limousine bus with Alex guiding, magnificent personality, very eccentric. Ride was smooth and adequate stops. Very clean and very friendly overall! Definitely recommend
