Conquer Story Bridge: Brisbane's Must-Do Panoramic Climb!

I went with a few other friends I made while traveling and Andrew gave us the best tour ever. He was funny and welcoming, and was so patient with someone in our group who was a little afraid of heights. We got to see beautiful sights, but also hear all about the history and geography of the city which was super interesting. This Canadian guy sure knows a lot of Australian history! Also a huge shoutout to Grace!!! She was so lovely, helpful, kind, and accommodating with our group. Thank you both! We went during sunset and I can’t recommend it enough.

If there was an award for “Best Guide Who Moved From the Coldest Country to the Hottest One and Somehow Survived,” it would go straight to Andrew. He’s the Canadian Houdini—escaped the snow, avoided the -30°C frostbite lifestyle, and decided to climb bridges in Brisbane instead. Brave man. Respect. Our climb started with nervous laughter, wobbly steps, and the usual “Why did I sign up for this?” But then Andrew began talking, and suddenly the whole experience felt like a peaceful Canadian hike, minus the bears and plus a skyline. He guided us with patience that can only be developed by someone who grew up saying “sorry” even when someone else bumped into him. He checked on everyone, kept the jokes rolling, and never once made us feel rushed. His fun facts about Brisbane were amazing—but the way he delivered them was even better. It’s like listening to a storyteller who accidentally became an adventure guide. Every step felt safe. Every view felt poetic. Every moment felt like something you want to tuck into your memory forever. He captured photos like a pro, timed the scenery like an artist, and made sure everyone looked like brave explorers, not the trembling hikers we secretly were. Andrew, thank you: for bringing your Canadian heart to this sunny city, for turning fear into laughter, and for making the climb not just an adventure, but a story we’ll carry with us. You made the whole experience feel like a combination of courage, comedy, and calm guidance. We appreciate you more than words can say. 🍁🌉💛

It's definitely for you if you're a thrill seeker. I did it at night which was cool because I think during the day with the sun blaring, it would have been too much.

Abbie is a comedian! Funniest (and only) Story Bridge walk I’ve done but I’ll highly recommend it to my buddies. Very much enjoyed the sights and sounds and information whilst feeling safe at 80m off the shortest highway! Cheers Abbie & Grace, dynamic duo!

I took my wife for her birthday as it was on her list of things to do and I am scared of heights but ABBIE... Made it an enjoyable experience to the point I'd go again... Cheers to Abbie your bettles singing wasn't to bad at all
