Skye & Eilean Donan: Scotland's Breathtaking Must-See Journey

Wow, absolutely breathtaking. Jack was awesome and I loved his traditional highland clothing. This tour, was above and beyond my expectations, it was entertaining and informative. Highly recommend.

I had an absolute fantastic tour today with timberbush tours and specifically Alex our tour driver. He was full of geological and historical information and facts which painted the picture of the landscapes and building into an even more impressive, immersive and mind blowing experience. Highly recommend!

The only way I think to see as much as possible if you dont have a car. You are driven around in a very comfy van, and hear very interesting facts from Fiona. Sky itself was amazing, very unique views

First and foremost, I simply cannot express how lovely, professional, and knowledgeable Fiona (our tour guide and driver) was at all times! She was truly exceptional! This tour will give you a good sense of what the Isle of Skye has to offer, and without a doubt, it will make you want to come back to spend a much longer stay! (Something that I believe we will definitely do in the not-too-distant future). Even though the weather was a little unpredictable, we still managed to enjoy the whole experience and appreciate the magnificence of the landscapes and idyllic coastal towns. If you take into account the duration of the tour, the places you will visit, and once again, how lovely and professional your guide is, then I will say that it's worth every single penny! The tour guide plus driver, Stewart managed to drive and give explanations all along the way. He did a very good job to avoid the crowd from other groups. His English is pretty close to standard English which makes it easier to understand. He then explained because of the severe suppression of Gaelic Scottish right after the battle of Culloden, people from Inverness do not carry a strong Scottish accent. Lots of information obtained in this tour, love that. Thank you for spelling out some special wording while explaining. It was really helpful for overseas travelers.

Absolutely fantastic your that I would recommend to anyone. The tour guide, Alex, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and took time to allow people to experience the Scottish Highlands in the most perfect way. The tour covered Highland essentials, all in our big trip. We had Marita as our guide and she was an absolute pleasure. Incredibly informative and entertaining, but did a great job keeping us on task. This tour is really a sampler of the beauty of the Highlands, and we would love to come back for more focused excursions.
