Fast track was good enjoy the VIP treatment only worry is tour guide not very engaging overall good experience

Staff was super helpful and friendly and all happy to be here! I thought I would be queuing a lot longer than I was wasn’t even waiting 10 mins and I had prepared my self to wait well over half an hour . This experience was perfect to see multiple sights in a short time frame . We did this experience at night and it did not disappoint .

Tickets purchased in advance online. On arrival at our allocated time slot we was quickly boarded. Late afternoon trip and was lovely seeing the lights shining over London. I only think commentary on the wheel would be good as enjoying the sights.

We have taken a High Tea. In one word: fantastic!!!! Owen and Sakia did a great job. We take two round and the High Tea offer. It felt very VIP. It was excellent service!

It was everything we expected. We made an on line reservation and walked in with no delay. The experience takes 30 minutes and you get great views of London.

I bought the flexible fast pass option and it was all worth it. You can go anytime and skipped the big line. I went on Saturday instead of Friday and waited like 5 mins in line. The views are amazing. Also has cleaned restrooms and a nice lounge for affordable drinks love the experience

London eye was sold to me as a package knowing very well some activities have limited opening time, which for instance I find not fair on tourists as one cannot visit London eye then visit madam Tussaud, Shrek adventure, aquarium and tour bus all in one day. London eye was ok it wasn’t a Wow factor. The globe was steadly very slow. Also it seemed having a photo before going on the globe was a must, and after they would try to sell you your own photo at an exuberant price. This trip was for my daughter’s special day treat, a birthday, she did not receive any special treatment neither was she even given a small memorabilia.

Booked a private pod for a group of us (13 friends) including a drink each which we had pre-ordered. The cans were presented in a wicker hamper - great! We had our own personal host who accompanied us through the security/queuing and she was lovely and chatted to us about the Eye, sharing anecdotes and facts which entertained us. She dropped the hamper off and left us to enjoy the ride. The boarding and ride itself went very smoothly and the group agreed that the private pod experience made it all the more special - worth doing if there is something to celebrate etc.

Exceptional views of London. Long line but moved really quick. Definitely recommend to see, especially on a clear day.

Was a very nice experience. Even with someone who has a fear of heights! Reservation was on time, boarding was a breeze and the views were spectacular!
