Unforgettable Banff: Lake Louise & Moraine Lake Views Tour

Awesome experience visiting Banff, we highly recommend it, we travelled with our two little kids and they loved it. Amazing snowed views, hiking, food and shopping. Loved Banff and Lake Louise, if possible, spend one or two nights at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will love it.

It was my first visit to Banff and our guide Sam did not disappoint! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned so much on the tour and the landscape and lakes were truly breathtaking. Sam took photos for all of the guests and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The bus was comfortable, clean and a very smooth ride. We even saw an elk! I would definitely recommend to this tour.

Great trip to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake today. Our tour guide Neil was very knowledgeable and made the tour really interesting and informative. Thank you Neil! 😊 Tour was on time, coach was spacious and comfortable and we had an hour at each stop to enjoy the lakes - as well as a couple of brief stops on route to take photos. Both Lake Louise & Moraine Lake are breathtakingly beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Loved going to the lakes. They were beautiful. However the trip from the hotel to the destinations was disappointing. The driver/tour guy was pretty boring. He used “um” and “ah” like every 3 rd word which made it sound like droaning on and on. He spoke for long times on subjects that seemed to be his interest but not mine. I’m not going to hike in the back country so I don’t need to know how to tell the difference between grisly bears vs other bears. Nor do I want or need to know about bear paws and the prints they make. Several times he seemed confused or distracted while driving and speaking. He embellished stories using contemporary phrases like “dude” or dancing to music he played while waiting for people to join back at the bus. I couldn’t wait for the tour to be over. Sorry but this is the truth. This guy seems young and wanted to talk about subjects that interested him. Nice guy but your was a disappointment and not what I have experienced in the past from your company.

An excellent tour. Our guide was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable without being boring, and didn't rush us at any of the stops we made at Lake Louise or Moraine Lake.

Guide was pleasant, courteous, informed, articulate and a safe driver. Lake Morraine was a letdown after Lake Louise visit, recommend some other site to visit.

It was a great tour. Late afternoon allowed for light crowds. Sam was a lot of fun. He shared lots of good information about the area and took great photos.

Neil was friendly and knowlegable It was a good tour providing enough time at the lakes. I would recommend it.

The tour was well organized. At first, the drive felt a bit long, but our tour guide Neil made excellent use of the time by sharing his extensive historical knowledge of the region, which was absolutely fascinating — we really enjoyed it! He was also incredibly friendly and always offered to take photos for anyone who wanted. The lakes were stunning, although quite crowded with tourists (which, of course, is beyond the tour’s control). Even though the tour seemed to cater mostly to an older crowd — and we, in our mid-30s, were by far the youngest — we would definitely do it again. The price is quite high and should be a bit cheaper.

Our guide Sam was incredibly informative, funny and connected with all passengers on board! Great fun, awesome locations Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Just beautiful.
