This tour was invaluable as we navigated the marketing a manner we would not have been able to do on our ownThe electric choices of food. Our guide was knowledgeable, gregarious and full of wit

If you've never been to Pike Place Market before, it can be overwhelming. However, taking this food tour, led by our great guide Woody, we were able to see various parts of Pike Place Market, learn the history, and more importantly, enjoy the many different foods and cuisines that Pike Place Market has to offer. I would highly recommend taking this tour to anyone who likes good food, go for a nice walk, and learn some new things!

My wife and I loved this tour. Bob Williams was our tour guide and he was wonderful, very informative about the food we ate and the history of Seattle. We strongly suggest this tour.

Depends on who your guide is as to the quality and enjoyment of your tour. Our guide was apparently paid-by-the-word because his delivery was so incredibly fast and full of unnecessary information it became overwhelming. I requested he talk slower which lasted 5 mins. His presentation for a food tour included the 1906 San Fransisco earthquake and how it related to the paving bricks on the street!?! He was very forward in promoting every food and non-food vendor we passed pressing us to return and purchase things. The truffle sampling was more of a sales pitch than a sampling. All of the samplings were between small and tiny. I would recommend this tour guide dispense with the overwhelming information and reduce his talk to just the history of the market itself, and talk slower.

I appreciated learning more about the history of the market and that we visited some more off-the-beaten-path locations. Our guide Bob did a great job telling the history of the vendors and how the current community of the market works to keep it alive and thriving. Bring some water for this trip and good walking shoes!

Lots of history was told about the market which I didn’t know and I’ve lived here my whole life. Bob was a very knowledgeable guide and told us so many interesting facts plus the food was great!

It was a great day for the tour. Lots of paid parking. The market is beautiful. Lots of walking so bring your good comfy shoes. Our tour guide, Chip Wood, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city and the market. He even gave other recommendations for places to tour in Seattle. All of the food tastings on the tour were great. I especially enjoyed the clam chowder. Highly recommend this tour.
