Great experience with the cozy bay cruise and our tour guide Tam. Although, few things can be improved like providing free water over the cruise especially when the plastic bottles are banned by the government. It is not justified to charge for water and ask everyone to keep their water bottles in the bus. Also, they need to stop promoting local business by making 1 hour stop in the highway before the activity to prompt us to buy their products, instead give tourists enough time to sleep and pick up an hour late.

Tam is an excellent and friendly guide, knowledgeable and explain instructions in clear manner. Will recommend him and cozy bay as a great 1 day tour to anyone in Hanoi.

Our guide Max is excellent! We have a wonderful trip and nice sciennery! Ha long bay is beautiful! Highly recommend for my friends

Ha Ling is beautiful, the caves are amazing. The tour guide was very friendly, organized all on schedule, and was knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Trip to Halong Bay was exciting and enjoyable. Max supported throughout by guiding the steps every now and then. It was indeed a happy day.

Max, our tour guide who took us to ha long bay, highly recommend and service was excellent. He is an excellent guide and very charming with his jokes.

Max is an incredible guide who guided us to a beautiful cruise with lots of good food and music. He also got us covered caves, beaches, etc.
