Nairobi's Wild Heart: Giraffes, Elephants & Park Safari

Franc and Victor were excellent!! Prompt, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. We saw just about everything in 4 to 5 hours. An exciting tour. The four lion cubs were a bonus! Highly recommend!

Damaris was our consultant and Nathan was our driver/guide, and we had a wonderful day. NNP, elephant orphanage, Kobe beads, giraffe center plus a delicious lunch at a restaurant with Kenyan dishes. Couldn't have been better except we never found the elusive leopards, last check-off on our Big 5 list for the week. Oh, well, next time! Thanks for a great day.

We had the most unforgettable day exploring Nairobi with Perfect Wilderness! From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and perfectly paced — and that’s all thanks to our amazing guide, Paul! He was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best possible experience. It didn’t feel like a generic group tour — Paul went out of his way to personalise every moment, answer our questions, and give us time to soak it all in. We absolutely loved exploring Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, and the Elephant Orphanage, each one was a highlight in its own way and left us completely in awe. This tour perfectly blended wildlife, culture, and heart, all made even better by our incredible guide, Paul, who made sure every moment felt personal and unforgettable.

Very lovely experience and great staff too, problem is they wouldn't accept cash, only mpesa. Still I would recommend it as a must visit.

George and Celestine were great on our Game Drive in the Nairobi National Park. Very customer originated helping us find our most requested animals - White & Black Rhinos.

The driver and the partner are knowledgeable. They took us to see what we requested for. The reason I gave 4 was the transportation was not very comfortable.

Your was arranged well and everything went really smooth. Driver knew how to skip the lines and make the best use of time. Totally recommend using them.

Sadly, I expected this to be a much better experience than I received. Although the driver attended promptly at 6 am we then spent 40 minutes at the door of the Safari for him to try to pay for the tickets as clearly this was not organised. The facility of the van was beyond disgusting. Every part of it was either ripped torn or broken with the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on. It was dirty smelly and truly not a good place to be for six hours on bumpy roads. Although the guide was knowledgeable, I have to say how I known how poor this experience would have been with him And if I had longer in Kenya I would’ve refused to use the vehicle. to put into perspective. A brand-new vehicle from my hotel was only $50 more. Avoid avoid avoid.

Our guide Joel picked us up at the time agreed. He was friendly and informative. We did Nairobi park first then elephant orphanage then giraffe centre. Fantastic day.
