Sue was wonderful! She was a great guide and very informative. She helped us negotiate fruit at the local store. The locals were a bit aggressive with trying to sell us stuff. Only downside.

Very nice experience, we had good weather and Mu was a super nice travel guide. Food was good and more than enough. Bungalows were very basic but clean and the bed was good. We went in the middle of October, there were almost no bugs or mosquitoes that was very pleasant The tracks were nice, medium intensity but it was hot of course

Great tour with Mu. She helped explain all the areas were passed through hiking and and answered all of our questions. The trek was medium difficulty and walked 11 miles first day and second day walked 6 miles. The landscape was beautiful and definitely worth the trip. The bungalow was basically and nice. Large soft bed and your own bathroom. Wall fan was strong and didnt need AC due to cooler mountain air.

Wow, what a nice and real Vietnamese experience! We had to walk into the bamboo woods, rice fields and in the villages. We spoke with locals and could learn more about the way they live in this village. Zi was our guide, she was very gentle and explained us a lot. Wearing good walking shoes and having a basic condition is needed for this trip.

Have a enjoyable and fun trip in Sapa. Although the weather was raining, it doesnt stop us from seeing the magnificent view. Our guide Mu was very friendly and approachable.

This is a very well organised tour. Buses, tour guides, homestay owners communicate incredibly well between them. We just followed our guide and their instructions and our transportation and luggage were magically appearing everywhere we were going. The hike was absolutely stunning! First day we hiked through the rice fields and villages - gorgeous landscape and not too hard hike. Second day we climbed to the top of a bamboo forest and we went to a waterfall - beautiful scenery, but the climb of the bamboo forest was a bit challenging so be prepared for this. The only thing I didn't like was that on the way back to the homestay on day 2, we were walking on the road and we couldn't relax due to the traffic. Our guide, Dao, was the best! A great young lady, with great English. She answered all our questions and spoke to us about the natives' culture, lifestyle, different religions, cousines... everything! The homestay was a big business. Not as traditional as we expected. Only bungalows have private bathrooms. The rest sleeping options are sharing 3 bathrooms. They only provide beddings, toilet roll and a towel, so make sure you have shampoos and toothpaste with you. There were many bugs, but the beds had mosquito nets which kept the bugs away! The food was nice but modified to accommodate everyone's taste (the first evening we even had fried chicken and french fries). We have definitely had more traditional food in other places in Vietnam. The homestay accepts card payments. But you really need cash with you for everything else. Two days of hiking we needed: sunhats, sunglasses, suncream for the first day as it was sunny and hot, raincoat & ponchos for the second day as it was rainy. At night time it was a bit cold so a jumper is recommended. The homestay also provides big duvets. We highly recommend the tour. We had a great time and we learnt lots. We also met some really interesting people in the tour and we enjoyed the time with them. Be aware that the times of the itinerary may vary a bit so activities, such as the cooking lesson, might not happen.
