Fantastic experience. Cooking in a home kitchen with Jolie’s team is one of the top activities you can do in Hoi An. Prepare 4 easy to make dishes with a lot of laughter and good conversation. Check their website for direct booking. They answer quickly on WhatsApp.

We had a wonderful day with Rosie, she took us to the markets, for a local salt coffee and for a fun cooking class. The class was interesting, the food was very tasty and we enjoyed some games too.

We had such a fun time at Jolie’s Cooking Class in Hoi An! Jolie herself is absolutely hilarious – she kept us laughing the whole way through while making us feel really welcome. The class had a great balance of fun and learning, and she made cooking feel easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious – fresh, authentic, and full of flavour. It was great to learn not just how to cook the dishes, but also some of the little tricks and stories behind them. If you’re looking for something memorable to do in Hoi An, this class is a must. Great food, great laughs, and a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time with Rosie and Blue! From our market visit to buy ingredients, stopping for some Vietnamese coffee and cooking 4 delicious dishes…..what a perfect way to spend the morning in Hoi An. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! 5 stars and we highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely cooking class. Rosie showed us many ingredients on the market and gave us tips about buying the right ones. After a coffee, the class itself was very nicely organized and well paced. We enjoyed the delicious food while having a lot of fun cooking at the same time. Both Rosie and Cathy seemed really excited throughout the experience even though we ended up with just the two of us in a session. Definitely recommended!

Amazing cooking class. Delicious meals and Rosie and the assistants were helpful And knowledgeable at the food, flavours and cooking techniques required and were extremely patient and accomodating to my children who were are reluctant to try new foods.

Rosie and the team were so lovely, knowledgeable and fun. From purchasing ingredients at the local market to enjoying the cuisine. Definitely a must do when in Hoi An. Salt coffee, papaya salad, phó, crispy pancakes- perfect!

I attended a group cooking class with Rosie and it was amazing. So informative, friendly and such a fun time. We made so many amazing memories and learned so many new skills and cooking recipes to take home to Australia. Absolutely recommend!

Jolie cooking class was an incredible experience. We were picked up by chef Rosie, who took us to the local food market, showing us how they buy their food. We then were taken to a cafe where we enjoyed coffee and juice. Throughout the cooking class everyone was included. The staff were all amazing, kind, and beautiful people. As a group we enjoyed every aspect of it !! I would HIGHLY recommend Jolie cooking class to everyone and anyone.

This cooking class was excellent. The market visit beforehand was a great way of seeing how the locals source their food every day. Class was fun and the food was delicious!!
