El Yunque Rainforest: Waterslide & Waterfall Oasis Tour

Our rainforest excursion was absolutely wonderful! Our guide, Eric, was amazing—so chill, knowledgeable, and fun. He shared great stories along the drive, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident along the trail. He even took tons of great photos for us and became a total cheerleader for this “old lady” when the hike got tricky! Eric also recommended the perfect local lunch spot afterward, where we enjoyed authentic Puerto Rican food—so delicious and the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Puerto Rico—especially if you’re lucky enough to get Eric as your guide! 🌴💚

Our tour guild Rah from the start was very professional, very informative about the area and made us all feel relaxed throughout the journey. Once we arrive at the car park - he ensured we were all ok and gave us some information about the local area. He went through the health and safety protocol and ensured those of us who wanted life jackets were issued with them. absolutely amazing day with Rah, very engaging with everyone and even advised a few others who were doing the waterslides without a guide on which side to jump/dive into the water. I would 100% recommend Rah to anyone who wishes to undertake any activity with him. His knowledge and safety of everyone is outstanding

Great tour for sure. Nick was very thorough, knowledgeable and committed to providing exceptional service. The van picked us up on time and even have a separate pick up spot in Luquillo in case you're staying out here. Instructions, safety tips and hazards were explained thouroughly. Chris guided us to the best spots with natural rock water slides, waterfalls and even cliffs to safely jump off. The tour also took us on a nice hike through the rainforest and ended with a a couple hours at the beach which even included some great food!! Will definitely do this experience again! Be sure to tip your guide. They work extremely hard and even take photos for you! Chris took the best photos and videos ever 😁

Nick was awesome! We had such a good time and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the island, it’s a must! Especially if you’re a thrill seeker 😊

My experience was great and will be hard to forget. The guide was polite, friendly, cautious, and dedicated to our safety.

This was a really fun trip! After a 45 min drive to the rainforest it was just a short “hike” to get to the waterfall area, there were two slides one larger than the other, a big waterfall with a little pool under it and a larger swimming area at the end of the “baby slide”. Hector was a great guide. He took videos of both of us going down the slides, under the waterfall and sitting on the rocks with the large slide in the background. Once finished we just airdropped the photos to our individual phones, no extra charges or hassle. The lunch provided was two items from a fried food section of one of the local vendors at the beach. You had to buy your own drinks, not a problem and disclosed in the Viator listing. Hector was engaging and informative as a guide and you won’t regret taking this tour.

Caleb was an AMAZING tour guide! He was so knowledgeable, energetic, & so considerate with everyone in the group. He is such a genuine soul, and I wish him the best. I would definitely recommend this tour to family & friends, because of him.

The hike is a lot harder than you think and the slides are very very fun and safe. I honestly almost fell a few times and my uncle did actually fall, be careful and accept help, travel with nearly nothing.
