Ultimate Cozumel Jeep Safari: Private Island Unveiled

Mark was our guide. The tour was amazing! Fully customizable, we did exactly what we wanted. Meeting up was super easy, and the Jeep was in great condition with ice cold AC. The included lunch was delicious, but be aware that beer prices in the resort they use for the beach break is wildly expensive ($8 for a national brand). Other than that small downside, we loved everything about this tour and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Jorge was incredible, great cultural tour with very knowledgeable guide. Saw the real part of island and Jorge was polite and honest.

We scheduled this jeep tour for 4-5 hours which is plenty of time. David the guide was very professional and informative. It went to the south lighthouse then up the east side of the island. We stopped at rancho Alejandro for tequila tasting. This is high quality tequila and highly recommend. It is secluded and not crowded. David then took us into town for shopping at local places instead of the tourist places. Had good shopping and excellent chicken tacos made right there by a lady. David will stop anywhere you want such as a pharmacy or store. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on our private jeep tour in Cozumel. Our guide, Ghato, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great experience. The tour took us to some beautiful sights around the island, including a scenic lighthouse, a lovely beach, and even a tequila tasting, which was a fun and flavorful experience! We enjoyed the flexibility of the private tour, as it allowed us to go at our own pace and truly take in the beauty of Cozumel. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an adventurous yet relaxing way to see the island!

Good local spots off the “tourist avenue”. No A/C in one of the jeeps. Also be aware that they don’t let you use sunscreen at the beach due to the reef. Not even the “reef safe” stuff. No sunscreen at all.

Jorge was awesome! He knew everything about the island and was very nice! We loved this tour as it was our 2nd time doing it. We loved seeing how black coral was made into jewelry and the Mayan village was a lot of fun (great people there)! We finished up with snorkeling at Tortugas! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Communication with the company ahead was very easy. Pickup was as instructed. There was only 2 of us so Peter rode with us. I drove to start but we had him take over as it was kinda hairy in town. Mayan experience, Tequila stop and beach stop/lunch were very good to. Overall good experience.

Faisal was a great guide, very knowledgeable and patient. Never in a rush. Travel all around the island. Will do it again.
