It was nice. The tour was delayed due to audio issues. The guide shared fun facts, but noted having to save his voice for future tours or plans. We expected more views of holiday lights. It was fine, but not amazing. It was challenging due to the crowds (of NYC in the holiday timeframe). Total length about 3 hours (not 90 mins). Best for tourists. Ticket price was fair!

Our tour director, Michae, was AMAZING!! Entertaining, fun and interactive! Would highly recommend for a great nighttime view of the city, Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges! We had so much fun!! Thank you!

Michael was funny and informative. Great voice and cheeky humor. It was cold and he made the best of the situation and a good sport!

The tour started 30 minutes late. The “live” entertainment person did not have a microphone so he could not be heard.

Great tour that showed many of the highlights in New York . Michael D was the guide and was very funny guy . The view accords the river was great

Overall good experience. Michael was amazing. There was two queues one for people who I believe booked online and the other for people who booked on the day. The people who booked online got on first and the people who booked on the day started kicking off, I thought we was going to have a riot on our hands. It was absolutely freezing but that's not the your company's fault.
